You’ll enjoy full, private access to the unit, balcony, and garage. Please note that the yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with two other units.

🔇 Balcony Use Policy: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors, patio use is allowed only until 10:00 p.m. A noise monitor (no audio recorded) is installed to help maintain quiet hours. Please be aware that violations may result in a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making everyone’s stay pleasant!

- Please Note:
This unit is part of a multi-unit building with close neighbors, and all units are used for short- or mid-term rentals. While the building is relatively new, the sound insulation between units isn’t perfect—you may hear some noise from upstairs or from nearby homes. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we strictly prohibit loud gatherings or late-night parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and it's important that all guests respect them. If your group isn’t a good fit for this, we kindly ask that you consider another space.
* For added peace of mind, a noise monitor is installed on the porch—mounted on the window frame to the right as you step outside. It does not record audio, but it helps us ensure that noise levels stay within a reasonable range. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation! :)

- Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking.
