This charming Villa is a haven of peace with a private terrace and pool, it's perfect for 5 people or 7 with the sofas! The Villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, terrace and ocean views, which are perfect for watching spectacular sunrises. It offers a shared semi-Olympic pool, children's pool, sun terrace, barbecue area, outdoor dining, bathrooms and golf cart parking.

We have air conditioners in the bedrooms and in the living/dining room.

The house is constantly fumigated, but it is surrounded by jungle, you may find some mosquitoes, flies, quijas, or some other insect.

The pools dont have a heating system.

The condo has security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are in common areas and it is to reinforce the security of the condominium.

We kindly ask you to take care of the electricity usage. Do not turn on the air conditioning of you are not inside the house or if you have windows or doors open.

It is not allowed to invite people, that is no extra people can come in but only the ones in the reservation.

There should be silence after 10 pm as respect for neighbors.

No smoking inside the house.

In caseof a lost key or towel the cost of replacement is $20 usd each.

Private paradise

This space is just as beautiful as shown. The grounds are very well kept and the view is amazing. It feels like you’re in a personal oasis. Strong communication from management company. Would definitely return!

Pretty good

It was a nice property but slimly equipped. Few pillows and towels. Complicated parking but very nice hosts that were there to help. A steady supply of drinking water would’ve been nice. Check-in was very difficult because the website wouldn’t allow us to send our passports to the owner with multiple attempts. We finally managed to do it but it was a little bit stressful. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a good time it was a good location.
