Vårt tema är "Mountain Comfort" ... ett hem-hemifrån med uppgraderade ytor, funktioner, möbler och bekvämligheter överallt. Den split-level designen erbjuder fem rymliga sovrum, alla med ett komplett badrum och gott om integritet. Den övre nivån har ett öppet kök och matplats med tillgång till både vardagsrummet och det privata däck där vår sex-personiga badtunna har utsikt över Main Street Park City. Utformningen är idealisk för familjesammanträden och umgås med vänner. Köket är utrustat och välfylldt inklusive ett krydda- / häftklamskåp. Ytterligare funktioner inkluderar täckt parkering, utomhus skidförvaringsskåp, inomhus bagage torktumlare, gasspis, Bose ljudsystem, kabel-tv, wifi, vattenmjukgöringssystem, luftfuktare i hela huset, värme basbord och luftkonditionering (en riktig behandling på sommaren).

Vår idealiska plats möter allas behov och eliminerar de logistiska krångelna. Trappor på vardera sidan av huset leder till centrum av Main Street ... bra restauranger, underhållning och shopping precis utanför dörren. Gång- / skidåtkomstleden till PCMR Town Lift ligger bara några steg bort. Om du väljer att gå till hissen är det en lätt 4-5 minuters promenad. Mellan skidåkare kan åka in till lunch eller vid dagens slut via Town Runs (Quit'n Time och Creole) och ladda ner tvärs över gatan från Olcha House. Om du vill tillbringa dagen i Deer Valley ligger den kostnadsfria transporten bekvämt i slutet av vår gata. För dig som vill gå ut ... skidområdena Alta och Snowbird ligger bara 45 minuters bilresa.

Family ski trip

We spent a great week at this property in Park City. Convenient location for getting to the slopes and into town. The house is wonderful, fully stocked kitchen and everyone found bedrooms comfortable

Perfect Location for a Family Trip

The Olchoa House was a perfect location for our family of 8 on our spring break ski trip. It was beautiful, spacious and fully furnished with everything we needed. Walking distance to Main St for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

Return trip!

8th time staying at Olcha! Perfect location for walking to town. Also skiing to house at the end of the day. Very well appointed house with everything you need for a perfect stay. Hot Tub with a view. All the kitchen gear. BIG Tv with all the streaming you need. Family room is perfect. Long table in kitchen for family dinners and breakfast and games. Perfect spot.

Fantastic!

This house was perfect for 5 couples, right near the lifts, easy walk to town, and everything needed for an easy comfortable stay. Jodi was very responsive when we reached out about a coffee pot we cracked and helped with making an earlier check-in for us.Our group would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Great location to town. The house was very clean & a great size for our group - the kitchen area was perfect to gather. It had all the amenities we needed. Ahh, the hot tub was amazing after skiing all day! Great place, I would definitely recommend it!

Family Grandkids

7 adults 3 kids - very comfortable sleeping arrangements! The house was equipped with everything. From spices to olive oil, plenty of wine glasses and dinner plates for a large group of individuals. It was great to have a local host for any last minute questions. This location is perfect! It was a 4 minute drive to Deer Valley and a 5-minute walk to Main Street. This property is extremely well maintained and managed.

Great place for friend reunion!

We loved the house. Had plenty of room for six of us. The kitchen was well stocked and great table for all of us. Living room was comfortable for late night discussions. The hot tub also was enjoyable. We loved being walkable to Main Street and had great meals at local restaurants. The house has lots of steps but not a problem for us and we appreciated the private space with all the bedrooms and private bathrooms.

Incredible house & location, perfect for girls' trip!

5 of us came to Park City to celebrate turning 50 and the Olcha house was incredible. The location was so easy and much within walking distance, everything within a short drive (i.e. grocery store). The views were amazing - plenty of room to hang out, fully stocked kitchen, we each had our own bedroom & bathroom. Really couldn't have been better - charming, beautiful, thoughtful owners - memorable experience for all of us!

Perfect place for a family gathering!

This was the PERFECT venue for our family gathering. We had children and grandchildren traveling from Maui and Virginia and we couldn't have found better accommodations. One of our sons has worked in the high-end hospitality industry in Wailea, HI for over 25 years and when you can impress him, you've accomplished something! He described this home as "next level." My husband is an artist and the choice of artwork and decor certainly caught our attention. One of our DILs is quite the foodie and she had nothing but good things to say about the culinary accouterments. Our teenage grandkids loved the independence of being able to walk to town and/or fishing spots. In sum....we loved this home and we are grateful to have found it.

July 4th Holiday Week

We had an amazing time at Olcha House. The location is amazing with access to everything old town Park City has to offer via a short walk. The house had a wonderful view, is stocked with everything you could think of, and it has awesome common areas to hang out with your group. We would recommend it to anyone coming to Park City with a large family/group.

Park City Gem!

Our best friends, their 4 boys (age 11-18) and my husband all traveled from Nebraska to Park City for our vacation ! This house was AMAZING! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had - and as we like to cook a lot of meals in house, we were super happy! The beds and linens were plentiful and comfortable. We really appreciated the toiletries, laundry supplies and kitchen consumables being provided. The walk to downtown is 5 minutes and so easy! It was great for letting our boys explore and being so close to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again!

Sisters Trip

Six sisters got away (5 from Tennessee 1 from Wyoming), for a fun weekend of talking, laughing and exploring the area. Park City was fabulous and a visit to Sal Lake City and a tour was great! Our stay at Ochla house made the entire trip perfect. So well equipped and lovely. Loved that it was clean and comfortable AND so convenient. It was a great weekend visit.

Terrific ski house

The Olchoa house was great for our recent visit to Park City. Easy access to the Town Lift and all that Park City has to offer. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The family room upstairs was a great place to hang out after a day on the slopes. The outdoor ski closet and boot drying closet were useful, and the hot tub was used daily. Our only small quibbles would be that the temperature in the lower level rooms was difficult to regulate, and those rooms got a bit chilly; and some of the rooms could use a bit more lighting. But overall, we'd recommend this place and would certainly stay there again.

Excellent rental -would stay there again.

Everything about the home was great-plenty of room and privacy with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect- very close to Main Street and an easy walk to the stairs to get to the ski trail down to the Town Lift. Also, very accessible to the free town bus. Prior to check-in we received helpful information on grocery and liquor stores as well as activities. We would definitely rent again.
