Escape to the North Shore of Lake Superior. This small town cozy cottage getaway has everything you’ll need for a quiet retreat. We’re just 1.7 miles from the start of Grandma’s Marathon! Brew a cup of coffee and just sit back and relax or grab a beer at the local brewery downtown. This is the perfect spot to sneak away from your busy life. Hike, bike or kayak in the Waters of Lake Superior. Day trips up the shore to visit our State Parks will fill your trip with great family fun. This is where memories are made.

We enjoyed our time in this lovingly home, in Two Harbor. Gateway in Hwy 61 and the North Shores. It offered everything we needed. Have the use of the garage was a bonus.

The house was very clean. I would stay there again and tell family and friends. Very kid friendly with a play room.The kitchen was great it had everything you would need. Sandra would text with the information we needed. When I text her she would get back to me right away

Perfect for our needs

I and two others spent 3 nights here to run Grandma's Marathon. We were able to go to the start on foot, which was great. The property was amazing - clean, well appointed kitchen, all the amenities we could need. Everyone in my group wished we were able to stay in Two Harbors longer, and next time I visit I'll be booking here.

We love this get-away in Tow Harbors. It is charming, very well equipped, and the host is excellent to work with. It was our second stay at this property and hopefully we’ll be back next year! It’s an excellent base for all this North Shore😊

Very Blessed to find such a perfect location for Grandmas Marathon

The house was so nice and clean. The owners left us out snacks that came in clutch and stayed in touch with us, which was very helpful. Would stay again!

It was everything we hoped for as a getaway to explore the north shore and relax. Incredibly clean and comfortable with many little well thought out extras to make our stay special. We loved the beds and bedding. Highly recommended.

Awesom 1st time experience

This was our 1st VRBO, and it couldn't have been better. Communication was smooth, the place was clean, and there were even plenty of fun toys for our 3 year old son to enjoy. Would stay here again.

Two Harbors VRBO

Staying in a VRBO is my favorite way to visit an area - and our recent experience was wonderful. The house works very well for 2 couples and with the basement area - would be great for kids too. House has everything you need/want and looks very nice. Wonderful location to visit the North Shore!

Perfect spot

The home was clean and comfortable for our stay. It was nice to be able to do some laundry and cook a few meals. Lots of supplies like fresh towels and blankets were a bonus. Very nice!

Sandra is an awesome host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. A few games of ping pong is a must. We like being able to park our Jeep and bikes in the garage. Everything you need for an enjoyable weekend in Two Harbors.

We are lifers here- born and raised, having never wanted to leave. We enjoy the 4 seasons and everything they bring (even the snow-Especially the snow) Quiet, safe living is what we have enjoyed. Two Harbors was the perfect spot to raise our family. We never tire of the beautiful big lake scenery and all it has to offer.

We had the opportunity to buy this property in 2021. We have poured our hearts into this house for someone else to enjoy a stay here in Two Harbors.

This home is quiet, yet close to all the activities here in town. The farmers market, groceries and the beach are a short drive away. The neighborhood is full of kind and friendly people. Be part of a small community for a short time, you will love it.
