This home offers approximately 3,330 square feet of interior living space and 3,000 square feet of Outdoor Covered Patios, Balconies, Pool Areas, and Entertainment Space. For your convenience this home also has Elevator Service to every floor. This stunning Lido Key vacation home features an open floor plan that is perfect for vacationing, and 6 bedrooms - all of which have ensuite bathrooms for extra privacy for everyone in your group. 5 of the 6 bedrooms also have balcony access for beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and Downtown Sarasota Views. In fact, this home’s 2nd level balcony has access via a spiral staircase to the home’s Roof Top Deck with even better views of these same areas. However, when you see this home’s pool area, you may forget about everything else. This paradise of a pool area features an Oversized Heated Saltwater Pool with Waterslide, a Sun shelf for lounging, and a Spa. Floor Plan Description
Ground Level:
On the Ground floor, you'll find free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered spaces). You’ll also find the pool area, outdoor living space, foyer, elevator and staircase to all floors, and many of the home’s included amenities like bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, deep freezer, pool refrigerator, and more.
First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
On this floor, you'll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 6 and dining table for 8 people (14 total inside), and an additional outdoor patio dining table with seating for 8. The Large Living Room offers plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and custom built-in carpentry. You'll also find 3 Bedrooms on this Floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature King Beds, both with En Suite Baths and Balcony Access; and Bedroom 6 (Bunk Room) features a Full over Full and Twin over Twin Built-In Bunk Bed with an En Suite Bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub that is perfect for the kids. The Bunk room also has a workspace and desk. There are 2 sets of Washer/Dryers and a 1/2 Bathroom for your convenience.
Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
On this level of living, upon exiting the elevator or staircase you'll immediately access the oversized 2nd Living Room upon exiting the elevator or staircase. This features a sofa, a Large Smart TV, foosball table and bar top seating for 3. On this level, you'll also find 3 King Bedrooms, including the home’s 2 Master Bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1 features a King-sized bed, oversized Master Bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub, and rear balcony access that leads to the rooftop deck. Master Bedroom 2 is similar in size and features a King-sized Bed, large walk-in shower, and front balcony access. The final bedroom on this level is Bedroom 5, which features a King-sized bed, En-suite Bathroom and rear balcony access that also includes access to the roof top deck.

Extended Stays:
Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Maximum of 4 Cars: 2-car covered parking, and 2 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota.
