Welcome to Lone Palm in Mad Beach
This updated 4-bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhouse is located in Madeira Beach offering a 2 car garage and private elevator and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The upgraded kitchen has granite counter tops, custom built bar and everything you will need to create your favorite home cooked meal. There is a spacious Primary Suite along with 2 other bedrooms, seperate laundry room located upstairs next to the bedrooms for easy access and 3 balconies.
The home boasts a private inlaw suite on the bonus level with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The living room, dining area, wet bar and kitchen are located on the main level. A large primary bedroom suite with a king size bed and balcony overlooks the pool area. The top level has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and 2 twin size beds. Built in 2002, this townhome with an elevator has a 2 car garage and 3 living levels. The townhome has 4 flat screen TV's, a CD player, DISH Network, Wifi Internet. Heated Pool and Barbeque Grill. 100 yards to putt putt golf with Live Gators, 3 minutes' walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Shoppers will greatly enjoy the John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach.
This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
