Over 3,000 square feet on an acre of land, about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes to North Tybee Beach.



Ground floor: a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom (walk in shower, jetted tub, double vanity), a second king bedroom across the hall, a second full bathroom, the living room, kitchen, and dining room. A mudroom off the kitchen holds a washer and dryer and leads to the garage.



Second floor: three bedrooms, one full bathroom with a double vanity, and a den with a 65 inch smart TV. Two bedrooms each have two queen beds; the third and largest has two queen beds plus a double bed.



Two separate Airstream camper units sit on the grounds and are rented as their own listings, not included here; their guests are asked to stay within their own camper and parking spot.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the house and all listed amenities. A few interior closets stay locked, they hold linens and supplies for turnover, and plenty of clean linens and towels are provided for your stay, plus free use of the washer and dryer.



The garage can be used for parking, loading and unloading, or to play at the basketball hoop. Two Airstream campers on the property are separate listings and may be occupied during your stay, please stay out of their assigned parking spot and camper.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits on Wilmington Island in a quiet part of Savannah known locally as The Islands, about 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island Beach, with Walmart, Publix, gas stations, restaurants, and bars just a couple of minutes away.



The driveway is shared with one neighboring house further down the drive, please do not drive past the first brick house on the left. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is needed to get around, the roads here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive and Tybee Island is about 15 minutes.



A Publix grocery store is about 3 minutes away. The nearest 24 hour urgent care is about 6 minutes away in Whitemarsh.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: up to 6 vehicles, please do not park on grass, it can damage the irrigation system.



Insects: the property is sprayed quarterly, but palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects can still appear, especially outdoors. Keep doors and windows closed and keep food in the kitchen and dining areas.



Two separate Airstream camper listings sit on the grounds, one near the garage and one behind the house, their guests are asked to respect your privacy and stay within their own space.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available to guests day and night by phone or through the app, and we respect your privacy unless you need us.



Self check-in with a smart lock. Codes and instructions are sent through the app at 3 PM on your arrival day.



Please park up to 6 vehicles total, 2 in the garage and the rest in the driveway, and avoid any unmarked grassy areas.
