Perfect location!

We loved our stay while we were in town visiting family. It was the perfect location and conveniently located to everything we needed. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! The cabin was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Being next tocthe river, it was very peaceful! After doing a lot of driving around, it was nice to have a freat place tocstay each night. Would recommended to other friends!

Nice home in pretty natural setting

I enjoyed my stay here and very much appreciated the property manager and her easy communication. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Warren.

Great for a Short Vacation

My wife and stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed, was clean, and located close to all the hiking and other activities we wanted to do. The deck are was great for eating and board games. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Quiet Getaway

This property was perfect for either relaxing around the house or to use as a base for sightseeing around the PA Wilds. The home is family friendly and in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend staying here as our family would stay at this home again.

Birthday getaway

Great river stay

Cherry was very responsive. The property was very nice and located just a short walk to the river. I used this house for a kayak tournament at the Allegheny Reservoir. The property accommodated my car and trailer well. The location is close to Warren, PA. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Cozy, Clean & Relaxing

We loved our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with lots of extra towels and blankets if we needed them. There was also a fully stocked kitchen, a smart TV, wi-fi, and games. I went for walks every morning and enjoyed the scenery along the water. The neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to get to places. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Warren.

Quiet getaway near beautiful river

Property was very clean & well stocked. You can tell the owner went out of their way to make visitors feel comfortable & welcome! Cherry was extremely responsive to any message or request we had. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood and nice short walk to the river, which was a beautiful view. Enjoyed the grill & porch. Recommend you visit Chapman State Park.

Annual Outdoor Week

Perfect for our group. Adjoins boat launch on the river we want to fish. Located in the PA Wilds for unlimited area to hunt. Extra room for all the extra clothes. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Easy to find location for those coming from out of state.

Great location on the water

Great property location on the Allegheny river!!!! Stayed there with a couple friends for the opening day of trout season. Found multiple streams nearby that were stocked and all of us all caught our fair share. Cherry and Ralph were more than helpful when we lost power they brought a generator over and extra lights for us. I would definitely rent it again.

Amazing and relaxing riverside stay

This was the perfect weekend trip for my family. I'd been searching for a place to take my two elderly parents and my toddler for a quiet weekend away and was ecstatic when I found this property. It's walker accessible with only a few steps in and a completely level house. It's toddler friendly, with plenty for my little one to explore outside and space for her to run around safely inside. The McIntyres are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was excellent. The location of the house is perfect. We were able to easily explore the Allegheny National Forest in a few different spots. The Kinzua Bridge was a little bit of a drive but well worth the trip. Hearts Content Recreation Area was very close and a wonderful place to spend the day. Thank you for a perfect family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here! Being right across the river was beautiful. We loved the fire pit in the back yard! We brought our own firewood and used it every night. We had to stratigically cooordinate our showers in the mornings with 6 people.The only concern is that we could not find a fire detector or CO2 detector anywhere in the house.

The House was very clean and good. The Hosts were very attentive. My only concern was in the photos to renting this house showed a dock?? Made it look like you could dock your boat there and looked like it was right off the house. Photo decieving This is a public Dock with no Slots. Fishing was horrible as well. River very rough. The house is across the street from the river . Will not go back to this Place.

Nice spot for our family

Very clean, easy to get into town andi nice for our family of 4 adults. The single bathroom was a bit tricky to manage for all of us, but the living areas were all very nice and spacious.
