An abundance of restaurants, shopping, & coffee are all within walking distance as well. It is just one block away from the path for all of Canyon’s parades and only a 10-15 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon.

Cozy Home

Reminded me of home. Cute but lived in. The layout of the home is perfect. Plenty of beds and a private bathroom for everyone. We will try to stay here again.

Palo Duro Hiking Trip.

Property was as advertised. Perfect for hiking at Palo Duro State Park. I would definitely stay here again

Canyon Hiking Stay

I enjoyed the house. It was clean and done well. We felt very comfortable there. It was close to the town square which was nice. And only a short drive to Palo Duro Canyon for our hiking. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Inside Good/outside Not So Good

Inside of home was very comfortable and we got what was expected and pictured in the listing. The outside, not in good shape. Grass and shrubs were overgrown & made it difficult to use the sidewalk from street parking area to the house. Chairs & table shown on front porch in the listing were not there. Back yard was rough. No steps out the back door..just a piece of plyboard propped up as a ramp on unstable bricks & wood pieces that truly was a safety hazard, even for a pet that might be staying. If there was a grill, we could not see it from the back door and we didn’t walk around the back yard due to the condition of it. Also be aware the parking is on the street & there is a small apartment in a separate building on the property that is occupied. The apartment has use of the driveway and also has access to the backyard. This part was not revealed in the listing or check in. We gave property manager a chance to explain the condition of the yard thinking it was possible a yard crew was scheduled & didn’t show but we did not get a reply. Neighborhood was nice & location is super convenient. Enjoyed the stay overall just disappointed in the outside of property.

R&R before battle

Needed a quiet place to rest and get ready for the marathon bike race in PDC. This house was very quiet and accommodating. Comfy beds and furniture. The kitchen almost had everything needed to cook several meals. Would stay here again 👍👍

Close to Palo Duro Canyon

Close to the park and grocery stores. Surprised that there was a Jack n Jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms- do not remember reading that in the description. House was very warm and toasty - as it got very cold overnight. Would have been nice to have a driveway to pull into instead of parking on the street. This house is on a corner lot. Nice to have large washer and dryer available with liquid detergent and dryer sheets already provided. Water pressure was great and had enough hot water for all 6 of us to take a needed shower after hiking in the park. Sunlight was great in the morning coming thru the living room windows but the lighting in the house was not very bright in the evening. Dishwasher detergent was provided but the top rack of the dishwasher was crooked - we had to be careful how many cups we put on the top rack. This house fit our needs for the 6 of us- much better than staying in a hotel and we always look for a house for family trips so we can have space to stretch our legs and cook our own food. Loved the hard wood floors!

Our Canyon Vacation

Super cozy home! Very clean and roomy. Nice location-we were able to walk to a couple of local restaurants. Perfect accommodations for our family of 4 and 2 small dogs.

Great WT Homecoming weekend!

Perfect location. Neat little home. Great upgrades and looks like more are in process. Great accommodations for what we needed. Was nice to be able to bring our dogs! Host was easy to comtact and very helpful. Go Buffs!!
