IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ROMAR BEACH:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Elevator, Picnic tables, Beachside Pool w/ Restrooms, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, Covered Parking.

PARKING: Romar Beach offers onsite, covered parking for 1 vehicle. Limited visitor spaces are also available on a first come basis. Romar Beach has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Gulf Side unit, located in Romar Beach, is now ready for you to book a most enjoyable stay. This cute unit offers a sofa sleeper in the living area for additional overnight guests, and a television for enjoying in your down time. The living/dining area also offers a high top table with seating for 4, and a sliding door for accessing the beachside balcony.
The beachside balcony offers comfy chairs for enjoying a nice view and taking in the seaside air.
