Pure Vida! Our convenient location is impossible to beat, you'll be right by all the action of downtown and the beach in a safe neighborhood setting. Our cozy 1,300 sq ft 3-story home features a rooftop deck with views and is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown Tamarindo and its golden sand beaches and turquoise ocean waves. The view of the ocean from our rooftop is one of our favorite features of our home! Enjoy a relaxing stay with your group entertaining outdoors with a private pool and ample seating.

We feature two bedrooms with a nice office, two full bathrooms (stocked with towels and toiletries, no need to bring your own), a kitchen with appliances to make home-cooked meals, a comfortable open floor plan with new furnishings, and more. The 20-foot ceilings create an even more spacious feeling. Downstairs the guest bedroom features an ensuite bath, and the master bedroom upstairs also features an ensuite bathroom as well as a terrace overlooking the backyard and pool deck and has access to the rooftop deck. Please note there is a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs, so our home is not ideal for anyone who has trouble climbing a staircase.

A quick walk takes you to Tamarindo Beach, ideal for surfing and swimming. As one of the safest locations in Costa Rica, Tamarindo is a town in the Guanacaste Province, on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. It’s known for beaches with strong surf, like Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. To the north, Playa Grande beach is a major nesting site for huge leatherback turtles and forms part of Las Baulas National Marine Park. The mangrove-lined estuary of Tamarindo Wildlife Refuge protects animals such as howler monkeys and crocodiles. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing zen stay or an adventure-filled nature lovers excursion, there is something for everyone here!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
