Very nice house. Off the beaten trail, but very quiet and secure. Felt safe and secure in surroundings. Easy travel to downtown Tampa, about 10 minutes on 275.

Cozy 2 bedroom

The place was nice the only complaint I have is the floors were very unlevel. My kids kept tripping over them and falling. Also, the bright exits signs. I tried hanging a towel over it but it wouldn’t stay up.

Home needs work

This home really needs work. Front porch kept sinking in spots we thought we was going through the porch, just waiting for the need to call a lawyer. Inside home also had a couple spots in floor questionable. Tje couch was very well-used. Maybe it was found on the side of road on trash day. Very small living room Water pressure was horrible. First night there was.somebody in unit beside us so when.we went to take a shower (drizzle) no hot water. The.kitchen counter was ghetto as all cats everywhere when you go outside. No fenced in yard for pups. Ridiculous exit signs inside house. Ton of plug-ins inside house. To mask the mildew smell. Im guessing from rotting floor boards. Cheap rental....would not rent again. We cut our stay 2 days short to get out.

Comfy stay

The property was in a shady neighborhood but we had no issues during our stay. Can hear train. Beds were comfy and had plenty of towels. No washer/dryer. Perfect stay for what we needed. Lots of room out front for kids to play.

Clean and convenient

We came into town for a couple of nights for an event at the fairgrounds. Convenient location to the fairgrounds, very clean, good price.

11 nights in Tampa

I did love the comfort of the bedding. Wishing that there had been a flat table for the luggage or drawers to put away our folded clothes. Also could have used a mirror in the second bedroom. I especially enjoyed sitting in the yard and the huge palm tree. I thought the pavers added so much beauty to the property!

Very cute house I just didn’t like the green lit exit sign in the rooms because it stayed lit all the time it was hard to sleep with the light shining bright but other than that it was a very pleasant stay

Lovely place

Check in was super easy! Alot of people say the neighborhood is rough but im pretty sure they're just scared of black people bc it was not that bad 😂. Perfect spot for me and my friends! Definitely will book again

Quaint little property !

Great communication with the host, very kind, responsive and informative. Property has a lot of security measures in place to help make you feel secure, alarm system, security gate and automatic lights! Workable kitchen, comfy bed and bathrooms were clean! (The floors need a DEEP clean is my only complaint! ) The neighborhood is quiet and a close drive to a lot of shopping and attractions. Surrounding area might not be desirable for all as it’s a little run down. I would say property is a solid 7 out of 10 overall. Thanks again Christopher !

To be honest. The first thing I noticed was the nieghborhood. Did'nt feel safe in the area. The peoperty where my friends and I stayed did'nt resemble the property I chose from the pictures I saw. Property.clean,.cute, quaint, but it's not a place I would have chosen.

Definitely would return- Very Good!

The location was central for our needs and a very pleasant area. Very clean, but floors could be mopped, our sock got pretty dirty. Otherwise, spotless. Security is over the top, understandable- but the exit signs in each bedroom (!?) are VERY bright, unneeded and annoying- we covered them up. Nice little porch, parking a-plenty, it's a duplex so a little noisy, but quiet by 10. Couch is too small to use as extra bed even for a child, that's too bad, we had to rent another hotel room for a last minute added family member to our group. Excellent stay, good value, way better than some we have had!!! VERY thankful for the space.

The home was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet. I enjoyed the snacks and refreshments that was left. That was a nice touch. The home is just the right size to sit relax and read a book. I would definitely stay again.

Cute, small place.

A very cute, clean place. Easy to get downtown, Bush Gardens, Zoo and Rays game. The place was comfortable for our 3 adults. Coffee, cold water, and snacks was waiting for use. Easy to contact host. When back in Tampa would stay again!

Fit our needs perfectly

The property was easy to find and conveniently located to the areas we needed. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated and well equipped for a short or long stay. The owner was super easy to work with. I would stay here again.

Peaceful honeycomb hideaway

Property is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful park, local shops where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice fenced in yard on corner lot. Location central to everything, beaches, theme parks, movie theaters, dining. Was easy to communicate with host. Would definitely book again.
