Hi Sondra, Thank you for the review. Please come see us again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the property overall, but are sorry about the issues you encountered. Safety is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing the condition of the patio railing to our attention. We have had it fixed since you informed us about it. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the hot tub. The listing does state heating the pool &/ or spa are additional fees. Thank you again for letting us know about these concerns. We truly value the feedback and the opportunity to make improvements for future guests.

Thanks Tracie, We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Please come see us again soon.

We love Ocean Camp and are happy to see that you did too! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again soon.

We’re so happy to hear the home was comfortable and spacious for your group and that the main-level bedrooms worked well for everyone. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the back decks, pool and spa, and the easy beach access just steps away. We truly appreciate your kind words and are delighted the home provided such a perfect getaway for your stay. We’d love to welcome you back again in the future!

We are so happy to see Ocean Camp was everything you could need and the rental process was seamless. Customer service is our number one priority! We hope to see you again next fall!

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful home and amazing location. We understand how disappointing it was to find the pool condition and hot tub not meeting expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. You did not add Spa Heat until your second day at the property and we are able to access it remotely, as soon as you added it, we were able to turn it on. The spa heat is $100 a night and you paid for 2 nights. The noise monitor is monitored remotely and we receive notifications from a monitoring service. We simply asked you to please leave the responder alone that it did not control the spa. We always aim to communicate clearly and address any issues fairly and promptly.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing us to help you with your Isle of Palms vacations, we look forward to seeing y'all again soon!
