It is absolutely outrageous that a property as outdated and rundown as this would *require* either a 3k deposit (not guaranteed to be returned and at the complete discretion of the host) or pay an additional 90 property damage protection plan. The hot tub was filthy and I had to clean before using. Especially considering they charge a 150 cleaning fee on top of the 90 property protection plan, this is not a good value for the quality of the place. Its a shame because location is nice and convenient and with a little bit of maintenance could be a well maintained yet simple/ rusitc cabin.

Amazing Getaway!

This trip will go down in memory as a special time to just do nothing with the family and spend time with each other. The location is fantastic and charming. You wont regret staying here!

Excellent little place in a beautiful and peaceful aspen grove. The place was clean, fully functional, and comfortable. The enclosed dog run was a nice bonus for the doggos too! Cant wait to come back again soon!

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed the peace and quiet the cabin offered. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee from the lower deck and star gaze from the upper deck in the evening. It was perfect for us!

Fall Getaway

This was the perfect little fall getaway amongst the Aspens! The cabin was very cute, clean, and well stocked with lots of supplies and games. It had a gorgeous view of the sunset overlooking the mountains right behind the property. It was also close to Breck and Kenosha for hiking and close to some fun dive bars! Overall highly recommend this amazing property!

The cabin

This was a beautiful property. The cabin was well maintained. It was nice and secluded. The scenery in the area is beautiful! Our favorite part was the rocking chairs on the balcony! You could hear the wind through the trees!

Birthday 🎂

My husband and I had an amazing time! We weren't able to go into the hot tub the first day because of the snow but enjoy it everyday else! The place was perfect and quiet! We were able to enjoy the stars from the hot tub which was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Mountain Getaway!

Our family needed a last minute break from the city and found this property with only a few days to spare. It was everything we needed. Very comfortable, perfectly furnished and equipped, beautiful location. Our 2 kids had a blast finding "treasures" on their nature walks and we all enjoyed time together by the fire. Thank you for an awesome stay and we will be back soon!

Family Christmas Vacation

The cabin was perfect for our family of 8!! We cooked meals, had plenty of firewood for making s’mores and staying warm (inside and outside), went sledding, hiking, and took in the secluded peace and beauty all around us. Thank you for helping us to create memories that we will treasure a lifetime!!!

Lovely little spot for a getaway. Not super infant proofed but that’s okay! She enjoyed the stairs and we got our workout following her up and down them. The teepee was a big hit!! Nothing like a hot tub soak in the woods. Hard to beat. Overall we really enjoyed our time!

Amazing!!

This cabin is a slice of heaven. Peace is in abundance. You can enjoy a fire, a hot tub, stargazing from the top deck, and passing wildlife without even leaving the property! It was perfect for me and my kids and dog. Thank you!

Needs to be kept SECRET

Although I am tempted to tell a pack of lies I am unable. We've rented property's from the Sierras to the Ozarks. This cabin is our favorite thus far. Clean, comfortable, location, privacy top the list. The owners were quick with anything we needed. We will be returning for another perfect retreat. Thank you again Alex for allowing this amazing stay.
