Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay! The house is cute and in a great area!! We went on walks in the wonderful park close by. We were in town for over a week for the college softball tournament in Clearwater and was the perfect location to go to the beach, into Tampa and the softball diamands!! We will stay again!

Relaxing Vacation Home

We rented this home for spring break 4/13-4/19. It was perfect for our needs, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the lanai (and resident lizards), the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything you could ever need for meals, and the washer/dryer were very handy. It was cozy and comfortable and I recommend it as a good base to vacation and see all the local sights!

Classic Florida stay

Awesome backyard and grill, outdoor seating, cozy beds and sofas, good appliances. Did not have coffee but had a coffee machine. Good for kids. Lot of beach and bath towels. Beach chair, umbrella, strollers kept from previous tenants!

Not a 2 Bath, but otherwise good.

Two couples on this trip, and high priority was to have 2 bdrm and 2 baths. I would not consider this to be a 2 bath. We finally 'found' the 2nd bath in the garage, and there was no sink in the room (shower and toilet only .. so no washing hands or shaving possible). The patio TV did not work (but not needed for our stay). That said, it was mainly clean (outdoor room needed wiping down) the garage was clean, the kitchen well stocked and RETRO for sure (no updates, but functional) The beds were comfy and spacious areas, so lots of room to spread out and becomfortable.Nice neighborhood.

Comfortable stay

Loved it!

This was a wonderful purchase for our vacation! The house was so spacious, with a screened in porch, a grill, nice fenced-in backyard, and so many beach decorations to make you feel right at home! Washer and dryer in carport, with a full bathroom with a shower in the carport (for washing off all that beach sand). Great area, nice safe neighborhood, 15 minutes from Clearwater beach, and only a mile from Walmart. And when they say they have “starter supplies,” they mean that they are stocked on toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, trash bags, cooking spices, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys for the kiddos, buckets and nets for shelling, and so much more!!! I wouldn’t have thought to bring coffee filters, Salt and pepper, or garbage bags...but they had almost everything we would need!!! I will definitely be booking with Jeff and Gina again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Allem in allem ganz gut

Leider mussten wir beim ersten begehen feststellen das die Bilder entweder 20 Jahre alt sind oder mit Filter gearbeitet wurde. So schön wie es auf den Bildern wirkt, war es letztlich nicht. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren fleckig und staubig. Im "großen" Bad waren die Armaturen abgegriffen und das zweite Bad wurde wohl nachträglich in die Garage gebaut. Der vorhandene Grill war defekt und sehr verdreckt. Keine Ahnung wie die Vormieter hier grillen konnten. Das war eine Zumutung. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur wurde er anstandslos getauscht. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es ist ein ruhiges Viertel und man kommt mit dem Auto überall hin.

home away from home

My nieces wedding was on a boat at clearwater beach, this house was a perfect match for my stay. six - seven miles away, beating the traffic that day because I was close enough. The house was very homey. Two bedrooms I only needed to use one. Very clean, bed was comfortable, that is always a plus for me. Nice quiet family neighborhood. Grocery store only a few miles down the road. If I had to do a longer stay, being I like to cook I would like to see the kitchen get up dated. The stove functioned find for my needs. Good, but a few problems

We stayed for a week in March 2019. We chose primarily for location as it was close to family we were visiting in Clearwater. It is clearly an older home, which is not an issue for us. Here are the things that are: -- We experienced a pretty significant ant infestation in the kitchen, 6 -10 bugs per day. Service was sent out and by the end they seemed to be gone -- There was a rather large hole in the screen door for the screened in back porch. Easy critter access. I reported it, but this was not attended to during our stay. All utilities were functional, and the neighborhood is quiet. Overall, not a bad experience, but I would look for a different property for our next Florida trip.

Comfortable

It’s a comfy homey house with almost everything you need. We have two young kids and it’s close to a nice park, great neighborhood and kind neighbors. Nice backyard to run around. Only issues were no dishwasher, which I can live without but so nice to have one. And also the plumbing is a little quirky, especially in the shower in the garage.

Adorable place in a great neighborhood

This is an adorable place to stay in Clearwater. It's in a great neighborhood close to everything. It was sparkling clean and had every amenity you could wish for. There were plenty of linens and having the 2 pull out couches in the living room worked great for our boys. All of the instructions given and communication was excellent. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Florida Stay

Booking our Florida home for vacation was so simple and check in was great. I never had to worry about anything, the emails with lock codes, check in and check out information and receipts all came via email perfectly. The house was clean, stocked with supplies to live there which was not expected at all, the yard was great to have the kids play and hunt for little lizards. I must say the 2nd bathroom was a great addition and I was very grateful for the laundry. Our family had a wonderful stay and we were all comfortable in this home away from home for 2 weeks. Thank-You
