This huge house in the countryside has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay at the same time, a spacious living room with indoor fireplace, right next to the TV room. Several places to relax, such as the outdoor furniture next to the BBQ for a nice barbecue while watching the sunset. The jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing even at night.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, a large stove and a spacious dining/bar area where no one will be left out.
Last but not least, the house has its own private tennis court and private access to the reservoir where you can kayak and enjoy a sunny afternoon swimming in the lake.

This large and rural house is located about 15 minutes by car from the iconic Piedra del Peñol, the most visited and touristic place of this town. In addition, about 18 minutes away is located the main square of Guatapé, which is known for its colorful designs in the houses of the town, there you will also find the Malecón where boats are taken to enjoy the reservoir of Guatapé.
