Built in 2020, highlights of this fully furnished 2,140 sqft, 3-story end-unit townhome include: a light-filled interior, grey vinyl plank flooring, high ceilings, recessed lights, washer and dryer, upper outdoors deck, and an attached two car rear-entry garage.
As you enter from the garage, there is a downstairs bedroom with queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Up one floor is the main living area of the home, which offers an open and bright floor plan with Living Room, large grey sectional couch centered around an inviting gas fireplace and 75” Smart TV. Black-out shades throughout the house make it easy to enjoy the beautiful views or watch your favorite shows during the day. French doors open to the 10’ x 20’ large patio with furniture, a fire-pit, BBQ, and string lights to enjoy wonderful evening views outside!
The adjoining kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large center island with bar seating, contemporary dining table with seating for 6, and a pantry with tucked in microwave. All plates, utensils, kitchen tools, pots/pans, and basic spices are provided for you to use during your stay.
The top floor includes a carpeted master bedroom with a walk-in closet, King bed, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. There are two additional carpeted bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms currently setup as a home office. This floor also has a full laundry area with a washer and gas dryer, as well as a hallway bath with dual-sinks and a shower/tub combo.
1GB internet speeds allow for multiple devices to be in used at the same time and will be sufficient for most home-office needs.
The windows are dual pane for maximum noise reduction and temperature control. All bedrooms, kitchen, and living room windows have blackout shades.
We do not allow pets, smoking of any kind, events, parties or overnight guests not on the reservation.
