Absolutely wonderful!

This is a great place! Beautiful views, clean, comfortable accommodations.Spike and Kathy were easy to communicate with.They made sure we had everything needed to have a great Valentine’s Day weekend.Buddy The Cat was nice to have around. Friendly and loving!We will likely be back in warmer weather and fishing season!

Loved the view and access to the lake. The owners were fabulous. Great property overall. Would stay here again.

Our short visit was great! Kathy could not have been more accommodating. The place was comfortable, well equipped and the view was spectacular! Will definitely book Sikes Place again when returning to Smith Mountain Lake’

Excellent

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at Spike’s place. The unit had everything we needed and more. The view of the lake was spectacular and Kathy and Spike were more than accommodating. We hope to return with family and friends!

Birthday Getaway

Spike and Kathys lake retreat was everything we had hoped it would be. The views of the lake were beautiful. The rental had all the comforts of home. Driving distance to wineries and great restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Great home base for property hunting

My husband and I stayed at Spike’s Place while we looked at lake properties. Very convenient to the Bridge and both sides of the lake. Would highly recommend!

Just what we where looking for.

This rental will be my go to, for SML. Host are very nice and helpful. Property is ideal if you are doing a fishing trip with your own boat.

Excellent view and hosts!

The place is even nicer in real life. The view is amazing and the whole place and neighborhood is lovely. Kathy and Spike are super nice and made the check in process very easy. We would come back for sure!
