Enjoy this spacious, professionally decorated cottage with friends and family on picturesque Anastasia Island. You are located just minutes from all that St. Augustine has to offer, starting with the quaint historic downtown within walking distance over the beautiful Bridge of Lions. Relax at local beaches and enjoy amazing restaurants right down the road. Or stay home and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on our beautiful decks.
Other things to note
We allow well-trained dogs. Please let us know about your furry friend so that we can make sure that this is the right fit. We do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds, and they must be crated if you leave them at the house alone. All dog waste must be picked up from the yard before you leave the property. We charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $75.

CLEAN, CUTE, and CONVENIENT!

This place was everything we needed! It was super clean, so cute (i took some ideas home to do at my house), and close to Downtown. Even when we found out the propane tanks were empty, I contacted the host and they were very accommodating! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place and convenient location

I came with friends from high school whom I had not seen for some time. The house was recently remodeled and a great spot. Everything was comfortable and it’s very convenient to downtown St Augustine… just be mindful of the traffic backing up to cross the bridge. Beaches were just as convenient. If couples are coming, just know the walls are very thin in the bedrooms! You can hear everything in the other rooms - talking, coughing, etc. Otherwise we had a great stay and the hosts were very communicative.

Had a wonderful experience with our stay. Very appreciative of the amount of towels, kitchen and bathroom items provided. Better than the pictures!

Great Stay

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the best house I have ever rented. It was very well remodeled and the decor was amazing. This house had everything we needed and then some. It truly felt like a home away from home. Next time I’m in St. Augustine I definitely hope to be able to rent this house again.

Two families purchased this property in 2021 and began a full renovation of the entire home. After months of working together (and enjoying many favorite local restaurants and beaches), we put on our final touches.
