Enjoy the spectacular water views that Florida is so famous for with this beautifully remodeled and updated waterfront home. With boating access via your private dock, with a boat lift, to both the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico, exploration is easy. The home sits on one of the eight lakes in Cape Coral and has a southern lake view. Parks, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach are also an easy drive away. Outside, you’ll find an expansive, private living space, with a partially enclosed, shady lanai - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Take a dip in your sparkling pool, then dry off in the sun on one of the waterfront chaises or seek shade under a palapa.

Inside, you’ll find lots of natural light thanks to a southern exposure. The luxurious open-plan space, encompassing 2,400 square feet, features new furnishings, flooring, paint, and fixtures. The sleek kitchen features a full set of stainless steel appliances and plenty of gleaming granite countertops, and everyone can dine together at the adjacent table, grab a barstool at the kitchen island, or step outside to the lanai and dine alfresco. After a day on the water, return home to relax in the living room or family room. Three streaming-cable TVs and free WiFi await to entertain you, but you’ll probably want to head back outside to the pool. Grab a frosty beverage and prepare for a beautiful sunset. When bedtime calls, four well-appointed rooms await. Drift off to sleep with one perfect Florida day behind you, and another to come tomorrow. There are boat rentals two miles away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests have access to a private dock and can bring a boat up to 30 feet in length.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
