Great place to chill out after sightseeing all the natural wonders of Utah. Nothing can beat the rooftop. The townhome itself is furnished tastefully with some artsy decor.

Great location and views!

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and loved this place. The views from the rooftop were a favorite and everyone had their own space to their own. Would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Great stay, highly recommend

We were in SLC for our son’s college graduation. Ryan was very communicative, his place was just as described. Very welcoming, great hospitality, accommodations were very clean and well equipped. The roof top has beautiful views of the mountains, we enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise and evening family chats up there. We had a great stay, highly recommend!

Great time and had everything we needed.

My wife and I stayed for two nights midweek and it was a great property. Very modern with a stocked kitchen and comfy bed. The rooftop was a fun perk. Great Mountain View’s and perfect for sunrise. Would stay again!

Well-appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, great kitchen, fabulous coffee bar. Lots of stairs, low number of towels, not much soap. Overall, though, a great place to stay

Beautiful, spacious property

The townhome was so spacious and well insulated- making it the perfect place for my friends and I to stay during our trip. The check in process was super easy and I cannot recommend this spot enough, especially if you’re looking to be a bit outside of downtown SLC!

LOTS of Stairs

Very easy check in. Home is beautiful but there are LOTS of stairs. Not ideal for anyone with knee problems or the elderly. Overall a lovely place to stay.

West valley

We stayed for 4 nights at the property and the house had everything that you needed and the host was very kind and timely with check in/ out information. Responded quickly with messages as well. House was greatly separated if you have sleepers who like to get up early or like to sleep in. Home smelled nice and fresh and bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were very put together and clean upon arrival.

Anniversary Trip to SLC

We really enjoyed our stay! This location was close enough to SLC but far enough away at the same time. The price was great and we were able to commute around everywhere we wanted to go rather quickly. It was a beautiful property and easy enough to get in and out of. Patio home

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed all the amenities. We were able to sit up on the patio with the fire and have a great time talking. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. My only suggestions would be to have a book with instructions on how to deal with the heater, the keurig, fireplace, tv etc. Thanks for the lovely home.

Beautiful!

Never staying on resort again in Utah. 40 mins away from all the big ski resorts and the wives were super happy. Walking distance from restaurants and markets. Asian markets and Shabu Shabu hot pots. It was great. Saved a fortune too. Thank you Ryan for the great memories and the happy wives.

Safe location

We had a hard time finding the residence because the neighborhood goes by periodic table elements and has the same numbers on each street. After finding the correct house getting inside was easy. The sheer amount of floors was cool. Perfect for us trying to get in to see Hozier. There’s also nice amenities. There is one fancy bathroom is the main bedroom that is cool too.

Great place for my family to set up camp as we did a couple days in Salt Lake. Place was easy to find and host gave easy instructions to access through door codes. Little play area downstairs for kids of all ages. My teenage boys spent most of their time there when we were not out doing activities.

The house is so cute! Lots of room & so clean. Everything we needed. Loved the location, parking & ease of getting around. The coffee bar is so nice & we loved having our coffee on the rooftop. Definitely recommend this place
