This beautiful pet-friendly 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideally located less than a mile from City Park (Denver's largest park), where you will find lots to do, including the Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science, I-Max theatre, and live jazz every Sunday in the summer. Also, just 2 miles from Coors Field and downtown Denver. Fully equipped with everything your family could need, including tons of things to keep the little ones occupied, such as an art room and tons of toys and games!

Fabulous location and home

We were so pleased with the space, the cleanliness, and the responsiveness to the minor issues in the home. The maintenance person came in Friday morning day after Thanksgiving, earlier than originally communicated. Extremely child friendly!!

Nice home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place, quiet neighborhood, lots of space, nice outdoor area and toys for the kids. There was never a problem to park 2 cars. Management was great to interact with.

Excellent for a group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our group of six to stay and still had room if we needed to add more! Our group was visiting for NWSS. It was the perfect location; close to the venue and easy drive. Decorated beautifully. King bed was a little on the hard side. Plenty of towels. We didn't have kids, but if you do there is sooo much for kids to play with and do. When we arrived the entrance steps were covered in ice and snow; no biggie, but there wasn’t a shovel to scoop the steps off. It made it a little tricky bringing our stuff in without falling. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Exceptional house - like new

This house is exceptional. It is nearly new and the layout and furnishing are excellent for a family. The location is very convenient to all of Denver and especially downtown areas and access to interstate. The kitchen is well equipped. The furniture and beds are excellent. I would stay there again when my needs bring me back to Denver.

Very nice house in heart of Denver

This house was perfectly accommodating for a multi-generational family. The house had toys and crafts and a very nice living room. The beds were all very comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this spacious home that comfortably fit all 8 of us. The location was perfect for our trip in Denver, and it was easy to get around especially to the Red Rocks. We’d recommend this VRBO.

Great house for our group!

We had a really fun girls weekend and the house was perfect. We had a chef come in one night and the kitchen was great for all her needs. The big bathrooms were helpful with so many of us getting ready too. And the fire pit and back yard was perfect.

Great family space

We had a lovely stay. There are a few issues upon arrival but the management company dealt with them promptly. It is a lovely space for family to gather and enjoy time together.

Central Location

The weather worked against us but the management company was quick to respond. Owners did not update router so no Wi-Fi and yard needed some care. Overall the house had plenty of space for our family and was close to all the things we wanted to do in Denver.

Weekend getaways

It was perfect location for us.. close enough to downtown but far enough from all the noise… we went for the weekend to attend a baseball and football game with family… couldn’t have asked for a better place.
