Ocean Blue är ett stort 2 våningar hem som bokstavligen sitter rätt på en sandstrand mot det djupblå havet. Beläget i Bayshore-samhället på stranden i Waldport, är detta hem bakgård Stilla havet!

Med 4 stora sovrum (alla med dubbelsängar) och ytterligare sovplats på loftet och spelrummet, sover detta hem 10 personer och är perfekt för semester med familj och vänner. Det finns också 3 badrum och ett stort spelrum med ett bordtennisbord. Den härliga öppna köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet ser över havet för en vy som inte kan slå. Det här hemmet har massor av fönster för att låta solskenet komma in, eller att titta på Oregon dramatiska stormar på regniga dagar. Hemmet är både bekvämt och rymligt: det har två TV-apparater med kabel, gratis WiFi och alla nödvändiga sängkläder, handdukar och köksredskap som du kanske behöver. Om du gillar att titta på vågorna rulle in, eller stjärnan stirrar över havet, är detta hem perfekt! Du kan gå ut genom dörren, sitta på däck och njut av utsikten och ljudet av havet. Eller, om du är mer äventyrlig, gå in i staden, gräva efter musslor, flyga en drake eller fånga krabba i Alseabukten. Detta vackra, strandhem i sanden har något för alla att njuta av!

Amazing location, nice property, couldn't ask for a better spot to relax. Panoramic views, easy beach access, we had one of our best trips to the coast staying here. This place is a gem and we will be back again!!

The BEST House Right on the Beach !

Very Nice Home with direct access to the beach literally steps away. It's a great home for several people staying complete with private bedrooms & bathrooms.

Wonderful adventure in the sun and sand

Perfect friend and family get away spot. Everything we needed in one house right on the beach. So close to the pool (Need to know the beach club only accepts cash at the pool house though). We had an incredible time.

Perfect layout for bedrooms.

Boys loved the ping pong table! Bedrooms were spread out great. Great access to beach! Missed having some wash cloths. Terrific view!

Romantic!

This house right on the beach was fantastic! The beach walk from the house was perfect. Very few people on the beach. Very romantic! The house was very clean, having everything we needed. Great wood burning stove and large screen tv to watch movies late at night! I would highly recommend this place and the property manager.

Gorgeous location for beach and ocean access. Unfortunately, there is absolutely NO pride of ownership. This home is in need of major TLC! The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Ocean Blue

This was a great rental. It was clean with more than enough space. There’s a handy tablet on the wall with extra information in addition to area information that we found helpful. If you stay, be sure to bring seasoning and oil as it is only stocked with salt, pepper, and olive oil spray but we didn’t mind. The game room was a great place to hang in the evenings.

The house was ok it needs some work on it. I think the 5pm check in time is a little late especially for the price you are not getting much time on your first day.

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful view & access to beach! Plenty of room for husband & I, four college students & our dog! Wish I would have paid more attention to where the walk in shower was & the amount of stairs, as my husband has mobility issues. It was hard for him to get into the shower/tub upstairs.

Great location needs repair

We really enjoyed our stay but the house needed a lot of simple repairs. Most blinds did not work and neither did the windows. Counters were cracked, laundry in the washing machine and could have been a bit cleaner. The location was great and the walk to the beach was farther than we thought but reasonable. Ultimately we had a great time here and enjoyed our stay

It was adorable, clean and had a beautiful view

It was adorable, clean and had a beautiful view. There were six in our family plus our dog, and three grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone and even a game room which our teenagers loved. The views were not to be believed and we all enjoyed strolling on the beach. While the kitchen was a little small, we were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we were able to pull off cooking all of our dishes and serving everything. We only missed maybe about two items from home. Everyone had a wonderful time and would go back again.

Best views ever

This was not our first stay in this neighborhood. The views from this house, both directions, cannot be beat. We all thought that this house had the very best views of any of the houses there. The house was pleasantly (and surprisingly) clean. We've had some very bad experiences, with other short term rental agencies, so we were hoping for the best and expecting the worse. No disappointments in the cleanliness, comfort and roominess of the house. We do, however, have a wish list: We wished that the master bathroom had a door and a shower. Open concept master suite did not suit us. We wished that the downstairs bedrooms had closets and doors that actually locked. We wished that the downstairs shower was bigger and that the bathroom was just a little bit nicer. We had such fun in this house; we really felt like it was our home while we were there. It was so comfortable.

Location great, house disappointing

The best part is being right on the beach. However, the house is lacking maintenance. The screen door to the porch didn't have a screen and several windows didn't have a screen. We had a hot day and needed the doors and windows open since there is not air conditioning. This led to many flies getting into the house, which was annoying. It hasn't had a deep cleaning in a while. Walls, cabinets and carpet on the stairs are dirty. The automated blinds didn't work. The code to the door was not the code we were given by email. The house has an odd layout- bathrooms and/or sinks in the bedrooms. Not as many amenities we are used to compared to the cost. Great view, great sand. Beach was incredible.

Direct ocean access is lovely

The location right on the ocean with large picture windows showcasing the ocean view is so lovely and is the best part of this house rental. The layout of the house, with 2 bedrooms off the main living area upstairs along with 2 bedrooms and a game room downstairs, worked well for our group of teens, grandparents, and middle agers. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well in this quiet neighborhood. One of my teenage sons slept on the sofa pull-out bed and said it was comfortable. All of the sofas were very comfortable. The dining space is very tight and only seats 6 people. The counter-height dining table, with limited room to get into a seat, was hard on our older family members. We did not use the loft space but believe this would be great fun for families with elementary age children. We thought the "master bedroom" had a shower along with the tub, but it only has a tub. There is one shower upstairs and one shower downstairs. There is a swimming pool with a fee to use as described, however it was disappointing to learn that the pool is only available to renters from 1:30 to 4:00 or 4:30 each day, and had a daily fee. We played one of the board games, but there were only a few; however, there were many puzzles. There is a minimart near the entrance to this community, which was very convenient. We also utilized the larger grocery store a short drive into Waldport on a side street. We did communicate with the property manager/host as when we arrived as there were very few towels. It turns out they were in the dryer: but he also delivered 10 more bath towels the next day. He was very pleasant to speak with and we appreciated that he was eager to make sure we had what we needed. Although we enjoyed our stay, and liked the house, the price for this home is steep considering it has not been updated (for example, the countertops were cracked). The price was especially steep once the multiple fees were added. The home had been cleaned, yet the walls and cabinets felt dingy as they need fresh paint. When we went to use the coffee maker, it still had coffee and grounds from previous guests. This is a dog friendly house, but smelled fresh and there was no dog hair when we arrived.

Great Stay at Ocean Blue

House was really nice and matched its listing perfectly. The location is spectacular with the home sitting right on the dunes! Walk out the back door right to the beach and ocean!

Very nice property! The beds and linens were very comfortable. I'm especially pleased there was a real coffee maker and grinder instead of a Kuereg. The Netflix already programed on the TV was nice. Also handy to be able to pull right into the garage and access the lower floor. However, the 18 steps to get up to the living area was a surprise. It seemed the last step down off the deck was missing. Enjoyed our week and watching the ocean and walking the empty beach.

Quiet Area

Pictures were accurate; home was bright and open. The house was very clean. My child appreciated the Roku that was hooked up the TV, and all of us were impressed by the amount of board games available. Everyone agreed that all the beds were very comfortable. This home has three master bedrooms, so not having to share a bathroom was extremely nice. There were plenty of towels left in each bathroom. The check-in tablet that Sweet Homes uses was very helpful in providing fast information about checking out; this was the first time a rental I’ve stayed at has a check-in tablet and it was really convenient. I would book this home for a future getaway if I’m able. Thank you!
