Wayne was super mice and helpful! Room was clean and beds were AWESOME! Firm mattress, big fluffy pillows! Slept great! Room had all the supplies we needed and we didn’t eat out in 4 days! Wayne let us bring our dog as well. Tile floors, so easy to keep clean. Lived in Surfside yrs ago and the water hasn't changed....tasty!Recommend this place. Able to walk to the beach and fish.

Everything was good. Had a small problem with the breaker going off, but maintenance came and fixed it right away. Easy check out and check in. We had to use a key to get in instead of key pad which is understandable since it wasn’t working… Marcus was prompt and answered all calls promptly. Good place for the price… beach is a walk away. I would recommend.

The Mark was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for four people. It was close to the beach, walking distance. The communication by the owner was excellent!

Perfect spot!!!

Perfect spot for visiting Surfside!! Room was extremely clean and comfortable! Location is a short walk to the beach, coffee bar, restaurants! Host is responsive and rental process was simple and easy! We are already looking to book again!

Weekend getaway

We stayed for the weekend. Unit was very comfortable and roomy for my group. Short walk to the beach. I do recommend staying here.

Great little spot

If you want a nice clean place close to beach, this is perfect. Short walk to beach. Apartment is clean and nice. We spend most of our time on the beach and then this gives us a great place if we need to walk back and forth

This was the perfect old school beach stay! Nice comfortable family friendly area. We were in town for an event but wanted to have a location with a place to walk and relax in our down time. This place was very clean and comfortable. The only exception was needing to wash our dishes before using them. Several were dirty with stuck on food. However, if truth be told, I usually wash any dishes anywhere we go before using them, so this was no big deal. Our unit slept 6, so there was plenty of space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. You do need to walk thru one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom, but that wasn't an issue. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. As stated in the description the water has a distinct sulpher taste. Although you can drink it, I'm sure most people will be happier to bring bottled water. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The only thing missing was somewhere to set things down in the bathroom. A small shelf would be helpful. We just used one of the dining room chairs.I think this is a hidden gem and highly recommend staying here. If I return to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 3 adults, 1 child, and two dogs and it was such a breeze. Marcus was very quick to answer my questions prior to and during our stay. The beds were comfy, water stayed hot, and so close to the beach! Perfect for our weekend trip!

Great little place

Perfect for the goal! Relaxing at the beach. Short walk to a board walk. Very clean and comfortable. Manager is very quick with replies and all communication!

Fishing trip to Surfside beach

2 rooms, 2 beds, 3 ac units, clean refrigerator and kitchen. It was perfect for us. My only critique would be more hangers outside to hang up wet cloths after walking from the beach.

Labor day weekend

Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and ideally located just a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross. The only thing to consider is that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms.

Enjoyed our stay

It was nice to walk just a couple minutes to the beach. The rental was very clean inside, and the walk-in closet was useful and a nice surprise. Check in and communications were easy. Only suggestion would be maybe adding a couple lamps for the living area and bedrooms. It was also nice that we could walk along the beach just a short distance to a beachfront restaurant for dinner. Thank you for offering a clean, reasonably priced rental walking distance to the beach.

Great for the price!

This is a no-frills location and it's priced accordingly. However, it is exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the beach! It's clean and comfortable. The beds are very nice and the pillows are plentiful and fluffy. Unlike many of the air b&b nightmares you read about, they only require you to wash your dishes and even that's avoidable if you bring paper plates and cups. They take care of the bed linens and towels. There's a broom and dustpan for sweeping up the daily sand brought in from the beach. About a thousand tv channels and three separate air conditioners so that you can control the temperatures in the different rooms to everyone's comfort level. It's a quick walk over a bridge directly to the beach, but we chose to drive so we could bring more stuff and have shade and snacks and drinks on ice. Since our main focus was activities, we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the rental, but while we were there, it was quiet and comfortable. We would love to stay here again! I have a little dog who's partially paralyzed and needs a wheelchair to get around. They conveniently placed us on the ground floor, which made it really easy to accommodate him. Ground floor accommodations are very rare in a beach location because most rentals are on stilts. This was excellent for our situation! We were extremely happy with this place for our purposes. It's got the feel of an old motel and that may have been its role in a previous era. It's great for the price!

We enjoyed staying here. The location was great. As far as cleanliness, nothing near the beach is ever going to stay clean because of the sand. The air conditioners were really nice and cold. The bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

Great experience

The property was clean and check-in was easy. Marcus was in contact with me prior to and during my stay to make sure we had everything we need. Staff on site are friendly and helpful. We will book here again.
