Cozy retreat in the middle of the City

We had a great time in Phoenix visiting our son and Ray’s property was perfectly located. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in but Ray was quick with a phone call and we were in business. The property itself is amazingly restored and is in a neighborhood in the midst of revitalization - it could seem sketchy to some but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. 9/10 - would recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay - very relaxing. Very clean and comfortable. Didn't have a chance to use the outdoor space but very nicely set up with a gate to the common area with pool.

Beautiful little historic home in historic area.

The property is great, there's clearly been a lot of work put into it. We were initially given the wrong door code, it was eventually figured out but did change our plans for the first night in town. The host was courteous and apologetic for the problem. Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay!

Urban cozy

This property is absolutely adorable - so comfy and cozy. The outdoor amenities (pool table, corn hole, fire pit, and outdoor seating) were a huge hit among our family. While the home is in an urban area, you'll sleep well as the house is so well insulated and quiet.

Charming house for a relaxing stay

We enjoyed several days relaxing and walking in the historic neighborhood. Very quite at night. The park and pool outside the back door has a wonder view and a real plus. Also, Ray was very accessible with any questions or concerns that we had and they were few!

Cute little house

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The only thing we really had a complaint about was the TV channel selection but we made it work. The property is centrally located and within 10 min drive you can have about anything you would want to eat.

Beautiful Home for a Perfect Staycation

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is charming and comfortable and the backyard is a great place to hang out. The location is close to all downtown landmarks while still maintaining that neighborhood feel. Ray was great at assisting us with anything we needed. Very responsive and kind. A top notch spot!:)

We had a couple very small problems when we checked in but Ray was there the same day and immediately fixed those problems. I would recommend this location to any one who is looking to stay in the Phoenix area.

Historic Cottage Charmer

My son and I had a great experience staying in the Cottage at Idylwilde Park Historic Park. The cottage backs onto the neighborhood's own private 3-acre park that’s lined with a double row of mature Tamarisk trees and contains a community pool. The central location provided easy driving access to all of our planned weekend activities, as well as great local eateries. We would gladly stay again!
