NO FEES! (new 2025!) This CLEAN and comfortable duplex unit has 3 bedrooms & 1 bath with ample separate free parking for 2 vehicles. Enjoy an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for after a beach day. The beach access is about 1 block away. There is a large backyard with a picnic table, umbrella, and charcoal grill for your use. The yard is divided with a black metal fence for privacy. Your dog is welcome without a fee, please note that we ask that you crate your pet when you aren't home.
Simple and charming, Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is just one block from beach access and a short 5-block stroll to the Kure Beach Pier, restaurants, and shops. With three comfortable queen beds, thereâs plenty of space for family and friends to relax.
Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and take advantage of the large backyardâperfect for lounging. We also provide beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, and toys, though availability varies.
With free parking for at least two vehicles and no pet fees, your dogs are always welcome!
OTHER DETAILS ABOUT THE LAYOUT:
This home was built in the '60s and had several additions added on. The layout is a little unconventional. There are 3 bedrooms: A front bedroom, a middle bedroom, and a back bedroom that has an entrance. Please note that whoever is staying in the MIDDLE bedroom is not going to have complete privacy because the back bedroom guests will have to come through the door to access the bathroom. All of the bedrooms have complete privacy with doors, but the middle bedroom has to be accessed in order to get to the bathroom.
The shower is rather small & that is why we made an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for your convenience as well.
