The house was in a quite neighborhood and was easy accessible. It was great for what we needed and had awesome water pressure in the master bath.

This property is misrepresented in the photos. The property was poorly maintained, felt unclean and the front door frame appears to have been kicked in and the door would loosely close which made us feel unsafe. The wood gated door to the fence was broken which also lead to safety concerns. There was what appeared to be mold on the windows, roach found in the bedroom. The attached porch is completely unsafe. Loose boards with nails sticking out. The entire attached porch/patio moved with the slightest movement. This is definitely a safety hazard especially if you have kids. The patio is made of old wood and appears to have been there for several years.The backyard is so poorly kept that there is no desire to use the fire pit that is outside. This feedback was given to the host on two occasions while we were still at the home. No attempt at resolution was made. This is an unsafe property, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the asking price. I would recommend looking at other properties and doing your research.

Family trip

Overall experience was great. Easy communication, and the house met all of our needs. The only negative for us was that the front door and both levels required everyone to go up and down steps, which was difficult for our older parents. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again.

Great space!

I had friends come in from out of town so we rented the house so we could all stay together. Very spacious and comfortable. Great places to hang out including nice living room and dining room areas, a small deck, and a fire pit in the yard. 2 car driveway but also can park on the street. We chose the location because it's really close to the Gwinnett Place area (tons of food options) but still close enough to Atlanta that it isn't a hassle to get there (especially if you just go to the Doraville subway station and take the train in; there's free daily parking). The only negatives were a few things were missing such as a coffee maker (they have a Keurig, but not a regular coffee maker), a cutting board, and matches (for the fire pit). But we figured it out and made it work. It's a great space and we had a great time.
