This bright, contemporary and updated home is nestled on a quiet street with easy access to beaches and downtown.With its large backyard pool , four bedrooms and spacious kitchen this is perfect for a family getaway.
The home is just 5 mins drive to Siesta Key, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is also located just minutes from downtown Sarasota. It is also within walking and biking distance to the the farm and Phillippi Creek oyster bar .Pool heat is available for additional charge $50 per day

Family Get - away

For Christmas instead of gifts we planned a mini family vacation. We had 5 adults and 1 child. The property was just what we needed, lots of areas to gather and converse or to just take a lazy afternoon nap. Our 4 year old grandson couldn't get enough of the pool and the beach which was just minutes away. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive and professional. Turns out the previous vacation guests jammed up the garbage disposal with broken glass, which we noticed at check in. Called Jeff and he had a plumber out that very same day. The bedrooms were of good size and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Would book this property again :)

Perfect for entertaining

Great property for hosting friends and family in Sarasota. Lots of outdoor space with 3 area’s to relax and a pool! Open concept kitchen, dining and living room made it super comfortable for my entire family. We were in town for a wedding and had several rental properties close to one another and everyone wound up gathering at this property due to spacious comfortable experience.

Bad experience DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

This is a beautiful house and well staged; however, the plumbing is bad. You can’t flush a toilet without the dirty water coming out every drainage. On top of that, the pool was dirty. I had to get a hotel last minute and get my family out of there bc the whole house started to smell like sewage. We were not able to use the toilet, take a shower or wash the dishes because the dirty water was coming out everywhere. I was only staying Friday night and Saturday night, arrived there Friday 11 pm, txt the host and was told the problem couldn’t be fixed until Monday. I was told to use the one toilet that had no leak for the two days and $100 back assuming i was going to stay there unable to take a shower for two days with a kid and an elderly in my family. I left a day early and they never returned my money horrible experience

We loved the place - it accommodated my family and over all the location was good.

Recommendations: have more shower towels available along with wash clothes, bed's all had issues with either support or mattresses so may want to look into that. But overall, it was a very nice experience and thank you for letting us stay there.
