Great stay!

This clean, very well stocked, comfortable place is a great value. Located in a safe, middle-class subdivision in a very convenient part of town, it is only 15 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Valley Golf Trip

Great place for our four day tour of regional golf courses. Quiet neighborhood location. One of our better VRBO stays.

Great stay for overnighter in Eugene.

Had such a great stay here. Was in town for a concert and honestly could’ve stayed another night because the spot was so comfy and clean. I brought my service animal, and she also loved the space and having the private little courtyard.

We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!

We love staying here! It’s our 2nd time and not our last. Very cute, super clean and modern place. The hosts are wonderful and really make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. We highly recommend this place also super close to everything .

Super cute studio with so many thoughtful details. It’s very well equipped, although the kitchen is not really a full one. (There’s no oven, only a microwave and a portable cooktop.) The location is not super close to the University, but close enough for my needs, and convenient to all the major roads. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. I was on a work trip by myself, but two people would certainly be comfortable here.

Great little rental

We really enjoyed our stay here! It has everything you need and the details are really well thought out. Bed and couch are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is clean and inviting. Everything is really nice, from soft towels and sheets, to good toilet paper! We really enjoyed the courtyard. It was nice to have the privacy to have our coffee outside in our PJs. Getting around town is easy thanks to the proximity to Coburg and the Beltline. Would stay here again if the need arose.

Friendly and helpful host

We cancelled our stay last minute as we decided to drive on to our final destination rather than stay a night - Cory was prompt and friendly with responses and we hope to be able to stay there sometime in the future.
