Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. 2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $69 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.
3. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
