Safe gated community. Private room with adjacent private bathroom. Less than 15 minutes drive to/ from the airport, 20 minutes to Phoenix and Tempe downtown, 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale, 5 minutes away from South Mountain Community college and hiking trails, 10 minute walk to the shopping plaza. Please note this is not an "entire place" accommodation, but a room in the house. The common areas are shared with the host and a cat.

Close to hiking trails.

All I needed for a quiet place to stay. Clean place. Rarely saw the hostess but was pleasant to visit with when she was there.

Wonderful stay.

We love the property it was very quiet and clean. Check in process was easy. The owner was there for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is staying in the area.

Convenient location. Very clean property and inviting hostess. Everything was explained throughly and was easy to navigate. Simple rules but well worth the stay. I will be back!

Great stay pleasurable experience!!!

Easy to get in the neighborhood. Easy getting into the property as well. Everything described in the description is as it was supposed to be. Whenever I’m in the phoenix area, I will book again. Also the property owner was easy to contact.

Phoenix Trip

Very nice gated community just minutes from PHX and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and fwy access. Host was very pleasant and there is nothing I would change. I would certainly return to the property.

Perfect place and great host

Ideally located for my situation (nearby medical treatments) and close to major stores as I needed to live here for a while. The host was friendly and welcomed me into her home for an extended stay of several months. We got along great. Her cat even took a liking to me. I would highly recommend this place if it fits your needs.

The property was very nice, and the gated neighborhood felt safe. It had a great location near Phoenix without having to deal with a lot of traffic or excessive noise. The property owner communicated very well and responded to text quickly. The owner was also very nice, offering us coffee in the morning as well as being readily available to answer any questions we had about the area. The property was a great price for what we got, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix.

Just Overnight

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Natalya’s home. She is a very nice person, and conversed with us for a while, we had flown in from Mexico that afternoon. We went to get dinner, and then back to get some sleep. Very quiet neighbors. Thanks Natalya!

Excellent Place to Relax

I was able to easily come and go as necessary and I was able to sleep soundly each evening. The host was extremely attentive and helpful with navigating around the area. I really enjoyed my time.

We had our own bedroom and bathroom was right next to us. The kitchen was well labeled and the host very nice to talk with. Had a parking spot and was in a gated community.
