The Blue Cat is conveniently located near Bailey’s Point on one of the best views of the lake that is beautiful year round. The house is also within a short driving distance to the State Park, Peninsula, and Port Oliver Docks and Marinas making it an exceptionally convenient place to stay on the lake.

The Blue Cat Lakehouse was purposefully designed to provide several unique things for its guests. First, each bedroom has its own view of the lake as well as the main living room areas. Second, the main floor of the house is designed to be accessible to people with mobility difficulties; meaning there are no stairs to enter the property, wide doorways, handles in the master bathroom, and minor bumps to enter the home, get onto the deck, or in the shower. Finally, we wanted to provide some luxury for guests by designing a luxe master bathroom with a rainfall shower head, a spectacular view with large floor to ceiling sliding doors, a cool spot to hang out on the patio with a bed swing, and ultra soft beds.
