Nestled in the Waterville Valley community, this 1-bed/1-bath condo is the perfect home base for your mountain getaway. Ski Waterville Valley or Loon Mountain during the winter and hike the Flume Gorge and Franconia Notch State Park during the summer for a memorable stay, no matter the season! After your daily activities, you'll want nothing more than to unwind beside the fireplace inside this cozy abode.

New: Now with access to the White Mountain Athletic Club. Our guests can pay a small fee and enjoy all the amenities.

Relaxing hiking haven

Location was great in the White Mountains. The property had everything we needed. We hiked within a few miles. Local restaurants and shops were quaint.

This was a clean, quiet and updated basement condo space. It’s location to hiking trails was great!! The recommended and well described hikes in the guidebook were incredibly helpful! That was a very thoughtful touch. Shelly and Jack were so helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions I had leading up to and during our stay. Note: The washer/Dryer does take a long time to cycle through (and is loud), so keep that in mind when choosing a time to get it started. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Perfect weekend trip

This property is amazing, clean, well stocked with all the necessities. I love the decor inside, it’s modern but also homey and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts are readily available if any questions need answering and super friendly. It’s the perfect spot for a mountain get away!

Great weekend getaway

Property was just as listed, small and cozy perfect for family with two small children, close to village center, walking distance to playground, park, and rec center. Our kids loved the snow tubing spot in town. Property is clean, warm, and easy to find. Would stay again.
