2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that comfortably sleeps 7 guests. Conveniently located in central Sarasota, in the quaint Amish community of Pinecraft, a short drive to beaches & downtown! A produce market, restaurants, pizza & ice cream shop within walking distance!

There is a full kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 queen & twin over double bunk) & living room with a pull-out couch! Fully equipped with kitchenware, coffee maker, towels, hair dryer & an iron. *patio table arriving 3/27*
The space
The Space
The cottage is fully furnished with kitchenware, coffee maker, bedding, towels, hair dryer, iron and appliances. For guest traveling with an infant, a highchair, pack-n-play and baby bath are available upon request.

As common with rental homes, the cottage is self service. One towel per person per stay is provided. There is on-site shared laundry, should you wish to wash any linens during your stay.

Guest access
The cottage stands alone and has two entrance doors from the outside. There is parking for 1 car on the right side of the driveway in front of the cottage.

There is shared laundry on site.

Other things to note
There are no pets allowed.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. $500 fine for any guests that leave evidence of violating this policy.
