Three bedrooms and two full baths plus a den with an open floor plan with wonderful upgrades.
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. You'll have everything you need to host an intimate meal or a small party. There is seating for six at the dining room table, and four at the island. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy the large screen smart television. The home is tiled throughout.
Enjoy swimming in the private heated saltwater pool with hot tub! Featuring a private out door spa shower and changing area. The lanai is wonderful and super private with full fencing and lush landscaping that is very inviting with beautiful pavers and plenty of seating. Enjoy grilling by the pool with a new propane grill!
