The chef's kitchen is ideal for a quick meal. The master bedroom also has fantastic beach views. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your large wraparound balcony.

Spanish Trace offers lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts. There are beach area showers so that you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back into your townhome.
A one-time parking fee per vehicle of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the on-site office at the complex. The maximum number of cars is 2, except for the week of July 4th, when the maximum is one vehicle.
