The house is one of a kind, boasting 3 separate stories and incredible views throughout. Please see the video.

* 5 full bathrooms as well as an extra guest bathroom
* The front door opens directly to the Great Room located on the second floor, with amazing views of the mountains. This area of the house includes the living room, a formal dining room that seats 12, and an indoor grill as well as the kitchen, which is complete with an island and an exit to the second-floor balcony.
* A downstairs living area on the third floor that consists of 4 bunk-bed style beds, a wood-burning fireplace, and a mini kitchen with access to the garden and patio.
* A Mudroom with a washer and dryer, ideal for storing all your ski equipment, Golf Clubs, or Fly Fishing gear.
* A Mini home theater for 5 to 6 people
* Wine cellar / Bodega.
* Terrace and two decks.
Total capacity of 12 guests.
The house is conveniently located in Arelauquen Golf and Country Club, one of the most exclusive and elegant clubs in Patagonia, including three Polo fields, 18 hole Golf Courses, Clubhouse, with in and out pool among other facilities.
There plenty of outdoor activities in the area for each season; Fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, Ski, Golf, Polo. There are also a few restaurants and coffee places, inside Arelauqyen G&CC.
Arelauquen has also great access from the airport, Bariloche Civic Center, Catedral ski resort, and the Llao Llao, â circuito chicoâ ĂĄrea among many other places to visit. It is minutes away to super markets, and restaurants.

I love Arelauquen for so many reasons. It is a "memory builder" for family and friends.
The house Is located inside of Arelauquen Golf & CC, near the entrance at Lake Gutierrez with access to roads leading to the Cerro Cathedral.
