Burn Valley Lodge is a spacious and fun 'resort style' place on 100 Acres

Come enjoy a great semi-remote outdoors experience with the comforts of a nice home. Fishing, nature trails, pool table, ping pong, Horseshoes, Sand Volleyball and Lake Bastrop is only 5 miles away to swim and enjoy the lake!
This house is a perfect place to come and relax and spend time with family, friends and make memories. There is a 100 acres on this property so you have plenty of space to explore and watch nature. The pond is directly off the back porch of the house where you can enjoy fishing and still talk to others sitting on the porch enjoying their favorite beverage.
You will see deer and plenty of different birds and ducks all from the back porch of the house which is an expansive wrap around porch across the back.
Game room is upstairs to allow kids to have their own space to enjoy.
This cabin is spacious and allows for smaller gatherings and parties for the day.

Spacious getaway

The lodge provided plenty of room for our family. Five adult couples had room to spread out. The kitchen was large and well equipped for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The location i peaceful and out of the way. There was also ample room to spend time outdoors.

Great Getaway

The property was fantastic. Tons of room so you are not on top of each other. The house was nice with a great deck that we utilized the most thanks to the nice weather. Location is great on the outskirts of Bastrop, it's a quick drive to the store for groceries so that you. An make the most of the amazing kitchen. Overall a great place.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at BVL. The place is very peaceful and remote. The lodge is very spacious and great for large groups.

Wedding Stay

The experience exceeded our expectations! Our oldest dtr was getting married in Bastrop and the property was close to the venue. The property was private, quiet, with beautiful peaceful scenery! The house is a home away from home with many amenities and activities for a family! Justin was quick to answer questions and offer support! Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Burn Valley Lodge stay

Stayed at Burn Valley Lodge during Thanksgiving week although it rained everyday I cannot say enough about our stay. To say it exceeded my expectations does not come close to how great our stay was. The lodge is large and very comfortable with everything needed for my daughter and I to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed. The outdoors, although wet is beautiful and the privacy was perfect for what I was looking for. At night you cannot see another light. I highly recommend a stay for you and your family; you will not be disappointed. I’m working on my calendar for the coming year for another stay. Thank you Justin for this wonderful stay. Family gathering for wife's birthday.

Excellent experience for all who attended. Property allows for everyone to be together and also find their own individual space. Plenty of activities available. Host was professional and also available.

Amazing Stay

Pictures on this property does not even do it justice. House is way larger than it seems in photos. Plenty of room for everyone. Great fishing! Ping Pong room was a hit! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Super clean. Huge kitchen. Great family fun!

Texas native who spent a large part of my adult years living and traveling abroad. Husband for 17 years and dad to two great children. I own and run a few different businesses including V's Barbershop in Katy/Fulshear, Dogtopia in Fulshear/Katy and Burn Valley Lodge.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has a history of hosting many different groups, families and functions. We bought this for it's great location, activities and the log cabin is a very unique and spacious house. We have made a few updates and modifications to it since we purchased it but our family and extended family/friends love to meet here for the weekend and special occasions. A lot of time we don't use it though so we decided to let others enjoy it when we are not around.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location is amazing. Just outside of Bastrop, close to Austin and easy to get to restaurants, movie theaters, groceries, etc. Buccees is only 15 mins from here!
Lake Bastrop is less than 10 miles away and you can get a day pass to swim and hang out there.
We have all kinds of stuff at the lodge. Fishing, hiking, pool table, ping pong, basketball, Sand Volleyball, etc. Plenty for the kids to do to keep themselves busy while the parents relax and enjoy the quiet of nature. It's remote but not too far away to run in for essentials or a nice meal.
