The Space:
Two homes, Saba Winds-North and Saba Winds-South share this broad section of beach, as well as a tropical garden and shared pool. Saba Winds-North is large, bright, modern, private, and charming. You will find the house tastefully decorated, light and airy with spacious rooms, luxurious baths, and comfortable common areas. The back doors at Saba Winds open right onto the warm sandy beach. A screened lanai, private beach deck nested in the sandy dunes all afford casual enjoyment of the outdoors.

From the moment you enter the estate, you’ll know you’ve arrived someplace special. Saba Winds-North offers a full-service vacation getaway for small or large family gatherings. This four-bedroom, four-bath vacation home comes equipped with all of the amenities: Shared heated pool, covered parking, a full-size laundry room, a den with a sleep sofa, Jacuzzi jet tub in the master suite, private caged deck with dining table and comfortable deck chairs, six TV’s including flat-screen High Definition HDTVs, 220 power to charge electric or hybrid cars, stereo, outdoor rinse, beach chairs and beach towels

Previous changes include a complete upgrade of the kitchen (with new cabinets and granite countertops), a Stanley bedroom set for master bedroom, king size bed and flat-screen HDTV for the upstairs guest room, 55-inch HDTV, Comcast DVRs (digital video recorders – automatically record your favorite shows while you’re enjoying the beach or pool) in Master, Guest Bedroom, and Apartment, porch furniture, renovation of the pool area, and an additional bed for the downstairs apartment.

Family Friendly
Saba Winds is very family-friendly – it’s so easy with children here. There is a lot of room to play outdoors, well away from the road. You can relax on the beach deck with the beach in plain view, or set beach chairs directly on the sand. Also, consider the beautiful den which you can designate as a kid’s area: hook up the video games. Sanibel Rentals can make any and all arrangements you may require for a roll-a-way bed, crib, playpen, etc.

On the main level, Saba Winds-North has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite opens onto the large screened lanai and overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Drift off to sleep in the luxurious king bed to the sound of the gentle surf and the breeze stirring the whispering pines. There is a large walk-in closet, separate coat closet, linen closet, full-size dresser, and two bedside tables. The TV armoire houses a large. The en suite bathroom features a jet tub and large tile shower, plus his-and-hers vanities – all beautifully illuminated and equipped with huge mirrors. The guest suite also has a king bed, with a large dresser and walk-in closet. A TV armoire houses a HDTV with DVD/VCR. The adjacent bathroom has a large tile shower.

The “kids bedroom” has two twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and a TV armoire with large flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a tub with a shower and a second door from the hallway.
The downstairs apartment which is reached from both the front and back outside stairways is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The lovely main room opens onto a small furnished patio, then onward down the path to the Gulf of Mexico beach. The sitting area is spacious with a comfortable sofa and overstuffed chairs facing a large HDTV with DVR. At the other end of the apartment, walk right out to the pool and sun patio. There is a large bedroom with a king bed, bedside tables with drawers, a full dresser, several closets, and a large bathroom with a deluxe shower and his-and-hers vanities. A separate area has a twin-size day bed with a trundle. There is a full-size washer/dryer set. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen has a Frigidaire stove and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This apartment is private from the main house upstairs (no indoor access between levels).

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire property, the pool, private beach access, and all other amenities located on the property itself.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the exclusive Captiva Drive, one of just a select number of rental homes along this storied stretch of pristine beach.

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental car, up to the guest
