Both bedrooms and living room have Smart Roku TV's. Living room open to dining area and kitchen, fireplace with electric faux wood logs. The sofa has a pull out section that makes into a bed. Washer/dryer in master bathroom. Relax and enjoy the view of Canyon lake from large back patio, you can expect deer to greet you in the morning and evening. Very quite area near the lake.

Swimming pool is only for residents and guests staying at the condo.

There is also a coin operated laundromat on the property with several washers/dryers, BBQ grills and picnic tables, boat/trailer parking. The pool is just steps outside the front door, for guests and residents only.

Convenient location, less than 5 minutes to grocery store, restaurants and the lake swimming area and marina is about 5 minutes. Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe for floating is about a 10 minute drive, 25 minutes to Gruene & New Braunfels, 45 minutes to San Antonio and 1 hour to Austin. Linens and towels provided. Starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper included.
