Tranquil cabin on the Pine River

Peaceful 4 bedroom (8 beds) 3 bath cabin situated on 16 acres along the East Branch of the Pine River. Living spaces decorated with comfort and family fun in mind. Enjoy the river while sitting on our wrap-around porch. Open kitchen with bar seating and large table to fit the whole group. Play ping pong, arcades, or watch the big game in our walk-out basement. Loft area provides ample play space and an additional entertainment area. Enjoy our outdoor fire pit while you gaze at the stars.

The log siding brings the outdoors in while giving you the traditional "Up North" feeling. With a wonderful wood burning fireplace and record player, the main living room has all the amenities to put you in a vacation state of mind.

Main Floor bedroom has 1 queen bed with dresser, desk for a work space and window air conditioner unit (July - September only).
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin and window air conditioner unit (July - September only).
Basement bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The walkout basement game room was created with fun in mind. We have 2 arcade games including Golden Tee and PacMan along with ping pong and not 1 but 2 TV's to make sure you are able to watch all the games.

Sit on our wrap around porch while you grill and enjoy the many birds and tranquil sounds of the river babbling below. With 16 acres around the cabin you are bound to see deer and turkeys roaming about. Best place to go star gazing is out at the fire pit while listing to the sounds of the woods surrounding you. Please be aware of current local fire restrictions during the summer months.

The Pine River is closed for fishing starting September 30 reopening the last Saturday in April. Guests must walk up a small flight of stairs to enter the house. We do not supply firewood.

Ski weekend

Nice cabin for a couple of families to enjoy a ski weekend. Kitchen was well-equipped and clean. Kids liked the game room. Disappointed that the entrance wasn't shoveled. Icy steps resulted in a slip and fall. Would not advise someone staying if their car doesn't have all-wheel drive as driveway and parking was icy too. Owner does not supply firewood for the fireplace.

Beautiful place and location!

Well appointed property with all the extras. Very clean and in a good location. We came up for a winter retreat and will likely do the same this summer since it was apparent that this property can accommodate large families. Nice game room downstairs that my sons enjoyed while I was listening to some old school vinyls. Almost heaven!!

Excellent Place!

We rented this cabin/house for a quick weekend getaway. It was perfect. Great communication w property manager, the place was extremely clean, and the beds are fantastic! Highly recommend!

Long weekend getaway

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. It is so relaxing and has everything you need for some time away. The sounds from the river flowing were the most peaceful sounds. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cookware you will need. We enjoyed the record player. There’s a closet full of games, arcade games, ping pong, etc. A wonderful place for a family gathering.

Family Fun

From check in to check out we were together and having fun, playing cornhole in the front, taking walks, fishing, sitting in the river, crafts with kids, playing cards, and ping pong tournaments. We all left feeling relaxed and ready to plan our next trip back. This house was so inviting that you never once felt like you weren't at home. The hosts were wonderful and quick to answer any questions. I don't feel like 5 stars are enough, well done!

We LOVED our stay!! The cabin was gorgeous, the perfect size, full of everything you could need! The property was beautiful and perfect for exploring!! Review of Pine River Cabin

Very pleased with everything about the property. Beds very comfortable, plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, wood for fires, etc. We had young children and there were lots of books and games and toys for them too! The basement area was awesome, we had a lot of fun using the ping pong table and the vintage games! Will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome 2nd stay at the cabin!

This was the second time booking and staying at the cabin. The second stay was just as fantastic as the first! Enjoyed the quite, spacious experience again! Took some new friends there and they were all extremely impressed and fascinated with the area! Anyone considering staying, it is totally worth it. House is very clean and nice! Everything you could ask for top and bottom! Just stitting on the deck is fantastic. The updates to the firepit are also very nice! Would definitely book again for a third stay!

Family Week

My husband and I were looking for a place to spend time with our three kids in their 20s and my parents. This was a great find! Plenty of space for everyone with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each day we did an activity like canoeing, golfing, hiking, and horseback riding. We ate at home every meal, the kitchen was supplied with the cooking utensils needed. We enjoyed the amenities like the firepit and game room. We all were able to unwind and relax. Would stay again.

My husband and I bought this wonderful home with our college friends in 2022. We wanted to have that traditional "Up North" feeling and plenty of land for our families to enjoy. We fell in love with the cabin feel, sounds of the Pine River and the 16 surrounding acres. We wanted to let everyone have the opportunity to make memories in this wonderful place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
