Comfy Condo with Remote Office / Workspace - Closest Condo to Walden Golf Club!

Just back on VRBO (Oct 1st) after a remodel with new furniture! Relax in this 2 bed and 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor overlooks the Clubhouse with partial views of the 1st hole at Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club.

The living room comes with a brand new large sectional sofa as well as a large 58" smart TV and a 6 person dinner table.

The primary bedroom has a large king bed, private full bathroom and blackout shades to help make for a restful night of sleep.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and an workspace in-between that allows for remote work. The desk is appointed with a large HD monitor, mouse and mousepad, and a powerstrip. The background is clean and simple, which should work for any remote job. Just bring your laptop and you'll have an instant remote workspace!

The kitchen comes stocked with dinnerware, cookware, kitchen utensils and also includes a Keurig machine with a couple coffee and tea pods with cream and sugar packets to make sure your first morning at the condo feels just like home even if you don't have time to stock up for the trip.

Good If

If you are just looking for a place to sleep with no fancy or modern touches this is perfect. It says newly remodeled but I think that is just in regards to the flooring. There is signs of aged appliances and decour. The host was excellent check in and check out a breeze. I like modern and updated living, so it was a little dated for me but again if you don't mind and just need a safe place to sleep this will work.

Great Stay

Great little place in Walden, TX. Perfect for those who are just sleeping or being in and out all day. Access to the property is right off the road. Quiet community.

Great place to stay!

Perfect location, clean, had everything described. Short walk to the pool and we loved it! Had the pool to ourselves all weekend! Michael’s a great host!! We definitely will try to get this condo again!!

Great stay. There was a new roof going on Friday and we had a back porch full of old scraps all day. But that wasn’t a problem, however a stray piece did knock over and break a little clay pot from the outdoor table

Great Place near Margaritaville

If you are looking for a great place to crash when visiting friends in the Montgomery or Lake Conroe area, you can’t go wrong. Communication was great and everything was super easy.

The property was very nice for our visit. The only complaint is that the small bathroom toilet did not flush properly and would have to be plunged to work at all. It seems the an object was stuck somewhere in the toilet.

Excellent Repeat Stay

This is the second time we have stayed. And, just as in the first experience our stay was great. Host is very responsive, complex is quiet and in a good location. The condo itself is very clean, open and light. We will stay again.

Mike is a digital marketer with a huge golfing bug. This condo is my piece of heaven on Earth and I'm happy to share it with people to get to experience this great area as well.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I fell in love in this area the moment I first visited and knew I had to live there. It's got top class golf right at it's doorstep and situated at the beginning of the Walden community so trips into town (Conroe or Montgomery) are quick and easy. There's plenty of nightlife within 20 mins but still feels so calm and serene when at the condo. Really couldn't have picked a better place, feels like a relaxing vacation every time I stay there!
