A week in Chelem

The house was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the large container of water. It is very difficult to locate the property. GPS will not take you here. After taking a left at the round about, you will go over one speed bump. Then you will see Sergio's beach club on the right. Just past that, on the left you will see a yellow house with the name "Anita" painted on it. This house is 2 properties down from the Anita house. if you go past Calle 84 on the left, you have gone too far. If you go over a 2nd speed bump, you have gone too far. The house did have water leaks when it rained. Property manager notified. Overall, good stay!

Location on app not accurate

Had trouble finding the property as the ad lists an incorrect address. We were looking on the wrong side of the street and attempting many properties before actually finding the correct place. Once able to find it the property was clean and attractive, my granddaughter loved the pool and so did we. Air conditioning was great and water worked well. Kitchen faucet not attached well or working great but let the property manager know it needed repair and she was appreciative. Great home base for our adventures.

Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter

Fabulous house with lots of room, great for families. We were here in June during storm season and there were minor leaks (bedroom, kitchen, back patio) but all were manageable with the supplies provided. Although very limited rags/towels were provided. Kitchen supplies made cooking really easy and local markets nearby. We did rent a car but if you don't mind walking in the heat it could be walkable in 30min. Unfortunately there were no hammocks like in the pictures. Hosts were not very responsive for questions/communication but they were very nice. Wonderful pool and space. Great air conditioning and fans. Provided electrical mosquito repellent (blue square inserts). Adorable gekos, dragon flies to help with the mosquitos. We did see 3 cockroaches and 1 scorpion. All very easy to remove with provided supplies and none we're dangerous... Exciting for the kids!! We'd definitely stay here again!

We liked proximity to the beach. Pool was really nice. Small issue with water which was resolved promptly. Bed were comfortable but only double size as listed. A/C worked well except one bedroom, didn't get a chance to report it. Kitchen well equipped, drinking water supplied. Beach towels provided. Overall good experience.
