Just Breathe! --- Cast Away Grand Lodge is everything you need to relax and unwind! Spoil yourself and catch the sunrise from the hot tub! This unique place has a style all its own and comes fully equipped for a relaxing get away! Located just minutes away from the Village of Blackville where you will find a grocery store, hardware store, local restaurants, Gas/Convenience/Agency Liquor Store. - Please -- *if using the hot tub we ask that you **NOT wear any LOTIONS, oils or dyes of any kind as it disrupts the chemistry of the water.

There will be a $300 empty and refill fee charged, if necessary, due to disrupted water chemistry in the hot tub.
On rare occasions the hot tub may not be in operation. Should this situation occur where it affects your booking there will be a $25/night reimbursement.

Beautiful place, very rustic, updated, well maintained perfect location for our Kayaking, tubing down the Maramichi river. I would highly recommend this place and would love to go again Linda

Absolutely amazing!

We stayed at this location for our annual sibling get-away (4 couples). The property was more than we could have hoped for. Four bedrooms each with a queen sized bed meant that no couple had to sleep in bunk beds or double beds! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed, including a beverage fridge which I don't think was included in the listing so that was a pleasant surprise. The large wrap around deck with a view of the river was great for morning coffee and afternoon rain showers. There was even a very large BBQ and a smoker on the deck for cooking. Lots of seating for everyone inside and out. Lots of clean linens, a basket of beach towels for the hot tub, more than enough toilet paper for our entire stay, there was nothing lacking from this property! You won't be disappointed with this one.

Hi….I’m Beth. I’m a “military brat” who lived and travelled all over the world growing up. Many of my summers were spent on the Mighty Miramichi, where my mom and generations before her were born. I loved spending time with my Grandparents here, and have many fond memories of these New Brunswick summers.
My Uncle and Aunt recently moved back to the Miramichi and ventured into the vacation rental business. They opened up Cast Away Vacation rentals in May of 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed helping guests create special and memorable vacations on the beautiful Miramichi River.
My husband Mike and I (with our three children) have decided to jump on board with the intent to carry on creating these exciting experiences for guests at the Lodge and at our newest property the Grand Lodge.
We are pleased and proud to be assuming the reins of Cast Away Vacation Rentals in September of 2022. We look forward to hosting you, your family and friends very soon!!!
