LOVED this home!

We loved this home so much and the community is hands down our favorite we've been to. The home was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our group. The view and the sound of the waves hitting the rocks while sitting on the pool deck was perfect. We loved the pool but we are freeze babies so not having heat in it was a bit of a damper. We still swam a little bit but we like to be in the pool all day and into the evening and it was just a little too chilly for that. We ended up being in the hot tub most of the time because that warmed up to a mild lukewarm. If you love a nice cool pool....this is a perfect spot for you. We would stay there EVERY time we came if the pool was warmer because we loved the house so much.

Wonderful vacation home!

Our group loved this property, it was so close to everything. The pool/hottub area was fantastic! The rooms and common area were great for our group. We didn't even need to use the casita bc we had enough beds without it. the house manager Felipe was sensational! He got us 2 golf carts to use during the trip and they helped so much to get to the restaurants quickly. He met us at the house on our arrival, showed us around and had stocked the house with the food and drink we requested. It was so great! He also runs a restaurant nearby called Tejas and we ate there 3 times, the food was great, Felipe even did the bananas foster table side for us. I would highly recommend this home for any group!!!

Casa Mediterranean 2025

The view was spectacular! As we opened the front door to look inside, the ocean captured our attention and we knew from that moment that we had secured a beautiful location in Puerto Aventuras! This was our 3rd time in this area and 1st time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The house is large, spacious and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. We also had the advantage of pre-ordering our food/beverages and all was there when we arrived and we had more than enough to keep us stocked through the week!. So convenient!The upstairs rooms have their own balconies, so watching the sunrise in its vast colors was awesome! Those bathrooms were spacious too.We weren’t able to utilize the kayaks because of the winds but it didn’t keep us from enjoying the pool and we ventured down around the water. (Be sure you wear good water shoes and not flip flops!)We rented golf carts to venture around the area and enjoyed multiple days watching the dolphins and enjoying the different restaurants. Even rented a boat for 4 hours and although the winds kept us in the lagoon area, we had a great time!The instructions and suggestions that were provided by the host were very helpful and we never ran out of things to do!I would highly recommend this property!!

Good accommodations in Puerto Aventuras. 10th time coming here and firstvtime staying on Xel-Ha lane. Plenty of space for everyone and nice view of tidal pools. House is showing its age and not what we expected seeing the pictures online. Still a good getaway, spot, but we'll look for something more updated next time.

Family get away

Wonderful location for our two family’s to gather. We spent a few days in the jungle and this was an amazing treat that followed. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool and swimming in the surf. The host communicated plenty of info in advance and connected us to a local host while we were there. Felipe was wonderful - he had helpful advise, recommendations and was even available to cook an amazing meal for us one night. The surrounding neighborhood is nice with plenty of shops and restaurants. Very walkable and fun to golf cart around. We truly had everything we could ask for and then some.

Would love to come back

We had a great time at Casa Med. Felipe was great when we got there, he even dropped off a couple tubs of fresh pico and guacamole, both were excellent. The property is stunning and all the rooms are spacious, each one having it's own bathroom. The area was great as well. We walked to dinner one night and grabbed some drinks, checked out the PA beach club- which was also wonderful. Solid trip overall.

Relaxing stay in Puerto Aventuras

We enjoyed our time together there and especially loved the sea kayaks and the golf cart rides to the sandy beach. It was very relaxing and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We also had Felipe cook for us one night and the food was amazing. We would like to customize this more if we took advantage of this in the future as we had some family members that did not enjoy seafood (but the fish and shrimp were good for the few of us that would eat it!). Overall it was very fun and comfortable.

Beautiful, convenient location in an amazing home

The description of this home is absolutely accurate. Brittany's communications prior to were almost immediate responses (and we had a number of questions). Felipe & Marcos onsite stopped in to add pool chemicals, etc each day without being intrusive. We had Veronica clean two days during our one week stay and it was perfect. Each time the house looked just like the day we arrived..I highly recommend doing so. Upon arrival our fridge and cabinets were filled with the groceries we requested to the letter...also well worth the minimum fee not to have to shop. There is plenty of room for 10 adults. The community of PA is welcoming and interesting. The public beach is not far, wasn't crowded while we were there during spring break and was great for snorkeling. A couple of us snorkeled right outside of the home on a calm water day and it was enjoyable. The pools are fantastic with the deepest one being approximately 4' depth. The hot tub was perfect! We rented the 6 person golf cart with no problems. Honestly, our entire trip was perfect! Book it...you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful

We loved our stay at Casa Mediterranean. The property/house was great and as shown on VRBO. It was comfortable, well appointed and clean. Each room has its own A/C and then there is one in the kitchen and the stairway. These all worked well to keep us cool and comfortable along with the fans. We had missed that one of the rooms wasn't really connected to the house (which ended up not being an issue for us but of consideration if you have young kids...sort of like an in-law room). The Puerto Aventuras area felt very safe, secure and the beach club was quite nice. We had Felipe cook for us and the meal was delicious and we had food for days! He made guacamole that could have been my breakfast, lunch and dinner....so good! One of the A/Cs stopped working and Felipe was very responsive and it was replaced before we knew it. Marco the handiman was fantastic and kept the pool sparkling clean. There was some construction happening next door but Marco made sure to tell them to be quiet and clean (which they were). Basically, this place is amazing, we loved it and would not hesitate to book again!

Perfect Adult Get Away!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this experience! From the reservation and communication with Britany, which was prompt and always extremely helpful - to the accommodations, ocean view, rooms, and overall Puerta Adventuras community which was amazing! Felipe was absolutely amazing to work with, as well as his restaurant which we think has the best food in town! We are SO happy that we found this gem! Thank you Britany for helping us create some amazing memories with our friends! We can't wait to come stay again!

Great Stay

I, my wife and our adult daughters had seen photos of Casa Med on line, but when we walked through the door we were nevertheless truly amazed at how beautiful and well-appointed this house is. Four bedrooms and a bedroom in the casita provided all the room we needed for 10 people (ages 9-76). I had asked if the property manager could do a little grocery shopping for us to get us through the first morning and he (Felipe) went above and beyond what I expected. Great selection of pastries, drinks, fresh fruit, and other bonus items. The kitchen is well set up and each family group picked a night and a menu to eat in and fully enjoy the kitchen and dining area. It's hard to imagine a better place for us to have celebrated our 55th anniversary. Britany (the owner) was extremely easy to work with and quickly answered all my pre-arrival questions. During our stay, Felipe was generously responsive to all questions and requests for help and advice about Puerto Aventuras. The pool and hot tub were a great hit with the five granddaughters, and the adults were more than content to relax in the deck chairs and enjoy the endless symphony of the ocean waves as they crashed on the rocks. Each morning, half of our crew greeted an amazing sunrise. Casa Med is a great place to chill out, catch up on family happenings and create indelible memories that all ten of us will fondly remember the rest of lives. Thank you Britany, Felipe and Marco. We hope to return in years to come.

What a view! Great option for groups and multi-generational family gatherings!

We stayed January 2023. 10 of us, 4 kids ages 7-11, my husband, sister and brother in law, and my parents in law. House set up was great for this. 2 master suites, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a hacienda for the grandparents. Pros: 1) The View!!! 2) location- easy access to tours and Xcaret parks. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, but rent the golf cart if you have younger kids, elderly or are not in good shape. 3) Felipe- the manager was very responsive. 4) well stocked on pretty much everything Cons: 1) no dishwasher 2) the house echos, so if the kids woke up early, or the parents stayed up later, they can be heard easily throughout the house 3) I wish there were better instructions on what to do before we left. It didn’t look like there was anything but take out full garbage throughout the week, and I tried to leave the space as much as we found it, but I was nervous it wasn’t enough. If you decide to go with chef services like we did, just know there is A LOT of food. The groceries are on top of the fee, and they cooked for well over 50 people, when we only had 10. Everything was delicious, but we had to throw away so much. It was wasteful, and expensive. I would recommend leaving it at two meat choices (chicken, beef, shrimp, fish) and one veggie and rice with the empanadas, guac and chips. That would have been plenty. They also did chicken fingers and mozz sticks for the kids which went over well, but all the other stuff for just the 6 adults was way too much. All-in-all, we had a great trip, and this house was a big hit with all!

Sun and fun for family Christmas

What a great home for families to gather and enjoy a relaxing fun filled adventure. Coffee ever morning outside in the sunshine watching boats go out for the day. Every evening watching cruise ships going to Cozumel. Felipe was a great property manager who is a wealth of knowledge and helped with all of our questions. The resort area has everything you need to relax and enjoy. Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing Property

We loved our stay. We loved the close proximity to pharmacy, markets and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Cooked most meals in kitchen as big grocery store is across the highway within walking distance. Everything we needed was there including blow dryers, towels, fins, snorkels/masks, appliances. Felipe, the property manager was very helpful and available if needed. Private pool and working hot tub were the highlights overlooking the ocean. Sunrises are beautiful from there or the balcony from the upstairs bedrooms. So much room to spread out with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Thank you so much!
