Recently updated condo with new paint, flooring, stainless steel appliances and a heated garage. The location of this condo is unmatched. It is perfectly located right in the middle of downtown Kalispell. Just 1 block from coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, bars, and some fantastic local shops. The condo is a 2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 twin over full bunkbed) and 1 1/2 bath with private laundry area. Our cozy condo has cable tv, 1Gb wi-fi, and fully stocked kitchen. Kuerig coffee maker provided but you may want to venture out to Colter Coffee or Black Rifle Coffee shops which are a 2-3 minute walk.

Working remote an option these days? Master bedroom has a large desk, task chair, monitor, scanner and printer to help you get what you need done efficiently so you can go out and explore Kalispell, Flathead County and the beautiful outdoors of Montana.

Relax and enjoy your food and drinks on the new patio area. Whether you are in the mood to BBQ some steaks or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit we have you covered.

If you are wanting to explore the area you can find Lone Pine State Park a 10 minute drive (5 miles), Flathead Lake a 13 minute drive (9 miles), do some shopping in downtown Whitefish is a 22 minute drive (15 miles), Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 35 minute drive (22 miles) or go take in some of the most majestic views at Glacier National Park with a 44 minute drive (35 miles).

If you have toys like bikes or skis we have an exterior storage closet available for your use.

Great Location

Very nicely set up and outfitted, it was clear from some of the details that the property managers cared. Covered parking was included and rental was located near most of the breweries and restaurants in town.

So happy with our stay.

We were so happy with this rental. In all aspects they met and exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was clean and very well kept. It is close to downtown and an easy walk. We would stay again.

Short visit for a wedding

It was perfect and right near downtown Kalispell area. I overlooked the no AC part and that took a little adjusting to. But the evenings were perfect w the windows open and the lovely evening air! We spent most of the day doing wedding things and hiking so it wasn’t an issue for us. 😃 our host did have fans for each room!

Great location, but A/C would help

Located right downtown. Walk to shops and restaurants, and around the beautiful, tree-lined historic neighborhood. The condo is an efficiency-sized unit, with a very small kitchen/living area downstairs and a two bedrooms upstairs. Coffee provided, as well as a few sodas and beers in the fridge, which was nice. There is no air conditioning, and when we checked in (early July), the temperature upstairs was in the low 80s. We learned to manage the heat by opening all windows at night and letting the place cool down. Then, we closed the windows when we left for the day. That locked in the cooler air and we were quite comfortable after a hot first night. Several fans are available in the unit, which are key.

As a family we have done a lot of traveling over the past 20 years and we want to give others living out of state or out of the country the opportunity to get into the great outdoors and experience the west.

We purchased this unit because we think Montana is a gorgeous state with a lot of outdoor activities to offer especially in the Kalispell/Whitefish/Flathead County area. My husband and daughter love the mountains and the cooler weather and Kalispell brings me only 8 hours away from my family and friends in Canada. Being raised in Alberta, Canada, Montana makes me feel at home and gives our family an opportunity to spend more time in our happy place.
