1 TVs 60" high definition Smart TV. You can either watch the local channels or log into your own accounts with many different apps such as: Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Spotify and more.
Fully equipped Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, 3 different coffee machines (Nespresso or classic).
Full Bathroom: Smart Toilet with bidet, self-cleaning, auto-flash; Smart Shower with LED lights and massage jet; Fully equipped with shampoo, showers gel, soaps, air dryer, towels etc..

UTILITIES AND RESORT AMENITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, internet/WiFi, telephone service or any of the resort amenities. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service unless requested and paid off in advance. A cleaned room is provided upon arrival. Fresh linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the unit.
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Guest(s) and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. No loud music or parties are allowed.
Other things to note:
30 days minimum rental. All contracts needs to be signed due to regulations.
Per Condo requirements: Need Tenant approval. $50 screening fee for each tenant (over 18 y) will apply once your offer is accepted. Tenant is responsible for the application fees.
On-line application takes up to 10 business days to approve all leases by the building administrations.
