Welcome to Canopy Terraces! A 3,039 Sq. Ft. (282.33 m2) property located near the Texas medical center, MD Anderson, Downtown and within walking distance to the museums and Herman Park. Perfect for families or groups. With NATURAL GAS GRILL, This property sleeps 6 comfortably but could sleep 8 upon request by adding an inflatable queen size bed on the 4th floor, by the roof terrace with OUTDOOR SHOWER!!!!.

Plenty of natural light! There is a 45 feet Oak tree with branches that project over the balconies providing shade and a unique ambiance to the property. Waking up at the Primary bedroom, on the Third floor, overlooking the tree canopy, with the morning rays of sunshine makes it a unique experience. PERFECT FOR LONG STAYS!

There is a balcony directly off the living room that extends the outdoor space with a gas grill. The fourth floor features a roof Terrace facing south with priceless sunset views and an outdoor shower.

The primary bathroom features a large shower, Jacuzzi, double sinks, with views to the tree canopy. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. It is located on the third floor and is directly connected to the primary bedroom AND the Third Sleeping quarters. A big walk-in closet that has been converted into a flexible space with 2 Twin-XL beds, directly connected to the primary bathroom. Guests should be aware and lock the doors accordingly in order to obtain the desired level of privacy of the spaces.

The property is not wheelchair accessible but there is a suite on the first floor with one step difference between the entrance and the first floor level. The living and dinning, however are located on the second level.

Forth Space (Mezzanine) - 4th. floor (sleeps 2)
Is a flexible space that can fit an inflatable queen size bed (Upon request) Perfect for extra guests. Has a ceiling fan.This space is directly connected to the roof terrace, therefore providing a unique experience. Beware that because this open mezzanine is located on the 4th. floor, the hot air inside the house gets accumulated there, making it a hot place to stay specially during hot days. There are blackout shades and thermal film on the windows that help reduce the temperature a little bit.

Amazing Find

Myself and my daughters picked this location for a girl’s weekend stay vacation. Carlos was great always got a quick response every time I reached out with any questions. The property was absolutely stunning. We loved the property and the location. I would recommend a 10 out 10 for anyone coming from out of town to visit the Houston area. You will find that you are not far from any activities or sightseeing you would like to explore in the Houston. Perfect location will be staying again.

What a gem!

My husband and I couldn’t believe what a gem this place was. The home was so lovely and centrally located. The host was great and checked in on us during our stay. We enjoyed walking our labradoodle around the museums in the neighborhood each day. If only we could have extended our stay a bit longer. We look forward to visiting Houston again and staying at this beautiful home.

Moving to the museum district have inspired me to share the experience of living in a quiet neighborhood that is central to major locations in Houston.

This property is unique because of its contemporary architecture with features such as large openings allowing plenty of daylight inside and yet keeping the privacy from the surrounding buildings, floating modern steps on the stairs, open-concept kitchen that connects the dinning and living area. The 45 feet oak tree in front adds value by providing an important shade and a beautiful setting. The roof terrace is "cherry on top", with priceless sunset views and an outdoor shower. Not to mention the Master bath with large windows overlooking the tree canopy. All of these aspects differentiates this property from the rest.
