The home was very bright and clean. Loved the 3 season room. The views of the lake were breath taking. Able to enjoy our time by the lake even when it was raining.Hearing the waves day and night provided relaxation during our entire stay.Communication with the host was great and the one issue we had with a window was taken care of promptly. We would love to stay again.

Perfect last minute getaway!

Beautiful scenery! kids loved having the beach in the backyard and all the beach items in the shed! Comfy and beautiful house inside and out!

Property was very much as described in the listing. We really enjoyed the "Adventure Shed" and how thoughtful they were in providing all types of outdoor equipment for the family and kids of all ages. Also the cozy sun room was where we spent alot of time when we had some rainy weather. Sun rises were amazing. Peaceful

Sweet Cottage

What a little gem, perfect for our family. The sun room was great for my grandkids. It’s filled with movies and space to chill. We utilized all the pull out couches so the tweens could have their space to sleep as well. The garage is filled with fun things to do . The outdoor area is set up so you can enjoy the view of the water and fire pit at night. Thank you for hosting our family, we hope to be back! Sherri

Lovely cottage on the lake

Great place to stay while experiencing the beauty of Door County. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake, having a campfire every evening in the fire pit, and just being able to relax and appreciating such a peaceful area. This cottage is within reasonable driving distance to a number of state parks as well as quaint towns such as Sister Bay, and Fish Creek. We enjoyed our stay here; very comfortable and accommodating.

Great place to stay. I love that they had kid stuff for us to use and of course all of the items for outdoor activities. We used the bike and kid trailer and the kayaks a lot! The lake was so nice right out of the back door. Our son enjoyed the swingset everyday. We used the fire pit to make s’mores one night. The movie selection is great. The only problem was our phone reception and the WiFi only worked for a little while in the morning for us. But it was nice not to worry about our phones.

Just spent one overnight but it was perfect and will very likely come back for a longer stay.

Property was as described and better. Layout is extremely comfortable with sleeping space that actually works well for a group the max size listed. Kitchen well apportioned and everything very clean. Bedding was better than many placesI have stayed . Coffee available in the morning with koureg was very welcome. Setting is right on the lake with easy launch and fantastic play structure for little ones.

Peaceful getaway

An absolutely stunning and peaceful house, perfectly designed to sit and enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan view! It was hard to say goodbye after such amazing memories made. We highly recommend exploring the adventure shed and taking advantage of the bikes, we biked around the area and there is just so much to see from the wildlife to the beautiful scenery. The house is well decorated and stocked, making you feel immediately warm and at home. This special spot is highly recommend!

Quiet and beautiful spot near Lake Michigan

We had an amazing stay at this quiet and beautiful spot near Lake Michigan. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the cleanliness was truly excellent. Communication with the host was great from start to finish. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great getaway!

Great place for families
