Welcome to Midtown Cottage! Conveniently located between downtown and Wrightsville Beach.
This 3 bedroom house includes a king, queen and trundle bed. There are two bathrooms with tubs and a laundry room.
KEY FEATURES:

â 2 full bathroom with combo shower/tub
â Fully stocked kitchen w/ kids utensils

- You will have private access to the entire 3BR Main house
- There is a separate 2BR ADU on property with its own private access
- Shared deck space
- Both units available for larger families! Ask for availability
- Check yourself in with our Yale smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available.
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.
***Note: This house is one of 2 units on property. Perfect for families or larger groups wanting to stay together. You can book them all at once depending on availability!
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Emma is originally from Oregon, her husband, Evan is from Charlotte, NC. They moved to Wilmington in October to be closer to the beach and family. Emma is an avid swimmer and their whole family now enjoys days at the beach. We look forward to hosting you!
